Take your time and you’ll be fine

We purchased this for our 3.5 year old for transition from an open facing crib. It came in one large (and very heavy) rectangular box with several wood pieces, all with a small white sticker labeling them with a letter. All of the tiny pieces were neatly organized in a plastic and easy to access. The directions are clear with pictures. However there are many steps and it will take you some time. I spent about 3 hours on this project and tried to make sure I took my time with each step as to make it sturdy and look good. This process worked well and the bed turned out great. I wouldn’t suggest a kid jump on it, but out toddler is rough at times and It seems to hold up fine. Just warn them about hitting their head on the wood sides if not being careful Fits crib mattress perfectly.

Worth the price but sidewalls could be more sturdy.

Putting this together took about an hour but would have been much much quicker with a second person. Was very tricky building sidewalls and connecting bed together solo. By the end the bed does become very sturdy minus the the middle side walls were front and back is connected together. Overall happy with the bed considering it was one of the cheaper ones I saw.

Son loves his new race car bed

My husband had some difficulty at first putting it together but once he figure it out it only took him 30 minutes to put the piece together. I don’t know people say it takes two hours or an hour, they must not put items together that much. We will see how sturdy it is over time but we are very pleased our child loves his new bed as it was an early Christmas present. It does scratch a little easy but it’s to be expected it’s wood and not plastic so take your chances ????????‍♀️ not that big of a deal for us though. Best 180 I’ve ever spent for our little guy! As a teacher I find kid craft to be amazing and I love all their products and what they have to offer!! One of the reasons I’m not giving five stars is the box arrived open and not sealed. The delivery guy was super sweet and helped me get it in the house... but other than that. All the pieces were in the box and nothing was missing. Maybe have it better packed and not in the box it comes in would be better for future customers. Edit!!!!! Hear all about it!!! It’s been a almost a year since we bought this and it’s still Just like the day we bought it!! The paint does not come off when your child gets down from the step. It holds the weight of my husband and myself to read stories to our now four year old. I am extremely pleased with the quality. It also is so easy to wipe and clean!!! It’s amazing!! Buy buy buy it!!! You will not be sorry you did.

Great toddler bed!

My son loves this bed! Only minor issue is that the wooden panels around the frame are pretty hard. Once in a while he will jump in bed or roll over aggressively and hit his head. We keep light blankets and lots of soft stuffed animals inside the perimeter to avoid that as much as possible. He has also banged his toes and feet trying to walk down the wooden stair at the foot of the bed frame. Still, we love it and recommend for a 2yr old boy!

Perfect for the Racecar themed room

This bed is cool and definitely perfect for my boys’ racecar theme. I saw the “Cars” brand bed but it was a little too cartoony for me. He loves it… he does everything but sleep in it for now lol still trying to get used to being on his room. Assembly was pretty straight forward. There no words in the directions, just pictures but it was easy to follow. There’s just A LOT of screws and those Allen wrenches are the worst so your hands WILL hurt, unless you can use a power drill. I’m happy with my purchase overall.great product for a great price.

Love! So glad I bought it!

This was a little tedious to assemble but fairly easy. Very sturdy and looks so good! Our 2 year old loves it! He can climb in and out in a breeze. The step is a little slippery but he’s grown accustomed to it. I did see some reviews where people put some non slip stuff on the step. Not a bad idea. But overall, super happy with this bed!

Great value

My son is a climber. (We had to move him out of his converted crib at 18 months because he climbed up the side on to the attached changing table to dance.) he had a different toddler bed but he would climb on to the headboard and walk along it. Since we have hardwood floors the idea of him falling was keeping us up at night. The first few nights he danced on the “headboard” of this too but quickly tired of that plus it was so much lower he wouldn’t have hurt himself too badly if he had fallen.

Wood cracked for the boards but other than loved it !

One of the prices were the side board where they hold the boards to the mattress the wood was split but was able to used wood glue to keep it together and other than that no other problems and loved the out look of the bed frAme

Good but not perfect!

Bed itself fine apart from arriving with a few scratches and the holes not all lining up 100%- required a few small drills to fit perfectly. Seems pretty solid once assembled and it's nice and low. Expect maximum delivery window- I had problems with mine and communication with seller could have been a lot better. All said my two yr old loves it telling us 'he is the driver' and has been very happy to relinquish is cot ready for a baby sibling!

This car is super cute, my son loves it. I actually ended up painting it to match the room and it still looks just as good. Much better than all the other plastic cars.
