Fantastic Product!

It was easy to work with, made the project go smoothly, and made a great Bargello Tree Skirt! I did make a clear Lexan or Plexiglas template so I didn't ruin the one that came with the batting.

Smaller than expected, measure your tree!

I really love June Tailor’s QAYG products, as this is not my first purchase. I am slightly disappointed at the diameter of this tree skirt. I have a 7’ fake tree and this barely goes to the edge of the bottom branches, so you really can’t see it. If you have a slimmer tree I imagine it would be much better. The template include is pretty flimsy, so plan on making marks with fabric chalk/pen and then using a real quilt ruler to rotary cut your pieces. You’ll have an easier time watching various YouTube videos on ways to actually complete this.

So Fun!

I have made already several of these for family gifts. Its just such a fun project. Worth the buy and project can take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on your sewing skills, and if your adding detail work to it. Great for starters sewing for the first time and pros that have sewn for years.

Fun!

I loved this project. It was my first quilting project. The template is clear so be careful when cutting. If i were to make another I would put colored tape on the edges so not to cut it. Anyway it was fun and pretty easy. My daughter will enjoy it for years to come.

This makes sewing a tree skirt easy!

I made a Christmas tree skirt using Shabby Fabric's bargello pattern. Since I didn't have the fabrics recommended, it was a little tricky, but I think the skirt is very pretty. The directions are straight forward although I would buy 3/4 yard of fabric to make the binding so there wouldn't be as many seams to sew over when attaching it.

Tree skirt

I assumed the instructions to create the pattern on the packaging would have been included but it wasn't so had to figure out all the Measurements. Worked out though.

Well worth a buy
