Everything worked like it

Box was taped closed, but when I opened it, the jack was partially assembled (incorrectly, too), there weren't any assembly instructions and several plastic packages that held bolts and nuts were already opened. All the parts were there, and assembly went easy after watching a youtube video. I bought the product in October at the end of the boating season and just replaced it before the new season, explaining the delay in the review. I do wish the product was presented as a return instead of new, but it works. As far as the jack's quality, it works well, but the crank handle is small and hard for me to grip. The handle is much smaller than the jack I replaced. I can probably order another handle fairly inexpensively, but this jack wasn't expensive either. I bought this to replace a jack that rusted out after 7 years. Hopefully, this one last just as long. With the handle being stubby and getting a return jack, I'm giving this product 3 stars out of 5.

Very well built tongue jack

Very strong tongue jack. Downside: the gear ratio is very slow. It takes a zillion cranks to raise my trailer up. Also, the top of the jack sticks way up, so you need to make sure you have room

Would be great with all pieces

Product as advertised. The product box was damaged with lots of holes in it. The shipping box was fine. It was missing a nut that had slipped through a hole in the product box but found later when breaking down the outer shipping box. Some packing filler would prevent this. Other than packing issues the product is great.

Technisch unzureichend

Da Teil ist nicht sehr teuer. Das ist das gute dran. Aber folgendes: Oben tritt bei Sonneneinstrahlung das Fett des Winkelgetriebes für die Kurbel aus. Und genau da muss man das Ding anlagen. Richtig ungut! Das Schlimmste aber ist, dass bei etwas ausgefahrer Höhe die Lenkfunktion des Stützrads blockiert und nur unwillig in Schleppstellung gehen will. Das bedeutet, dass man beim Anhängerschieben in eine andere Richtung steuert, als man will. Da gehört ein leicht gleitender Belag innen hin. Wie auch immer - er funktioniert halt nicht.

Son perfectas de tamaño y soportan bien el peso. A mí en particular no se adaptaron ai remolque por el tamaño.
