Can I trust it?
I received this product on December 18, still have the product on hand, so I opened today(February 1st) and noticed that the product was different smell than usual, but the refund period for the product had already passed. I have ordered this item many many times and I trusted. I am very disappointed.

Security seal broken
The security seal on the cap was already broken when it arrived. So disappointed as I was looking forward to using this product but instead had to return it.

Not satisfied..:(
I am not satisfied with this product. Garnier mincelar water that cost 5$, removes make up faster and better. I was expecting to see better results since it is cost 29$. High cost is not always a good quality. After I have used this product, my husband kissed me, and he sayd that my skin has bitter taste????

I love it but seal was broken
This is the third or maybe fourth time ordering this toner. I did not have issues before but today it came in and the seal was already broken… looks like someone opened it before

Most efficient cleanser I have ever used!
Eczema prone skin. It leaves my skin feeling flawless. I have used this same product for many many years. I have never encountered another product that removes all traces of makeup (excluding waterproof makeup) like this one. I have even used this product after other types of makeup removers just to see traces of makeup still coming off on the cotton pad.

J'adore la marque!
Très bien comme démaquillant, déloge facilement mon mascara et mon rouge à lèvre. Je n'ai pas de mascara waterproof, donc ce serait à essayer voir si c'est aussi efficace avec un waterproof
