In-law stole it from my nephew LOL
I was thinking this would be ideal for me at an event I was at where it was just too cold while sitting around waiting. So I thought I would give it to my nephew (my "guinea pig") to see if he would like it and use it. WHOA! His wife snatched it up and my poor nephew had a chance to use it himself. Now I guess I know this is just what I need at those cold events where I sit in my folding chair all day. I will be getting one for myself in the fall...and maybe another for my nephew. LOL

Hasn't gotten warm yet, instruction manual contradicts online documentation - confusing device UI
Want this to not suck, but not impressed yet. Device has't gotten even remotely warm yet. Used 2 separate 10,000 mAh power supplies (each >2.0a/5v) USB-A. Even went with lab-grade current limited variable power supply (despite documentation stating 'only use power bank' as part of my pre-return diagnostics), and did not get above ambient temperature in 30 minutes. UI is confusing. Using three extremely similar colored LEDs make it hard to discern what presumed mode the device is operating in . Saw another review asking for more LEDs, don't need more - just need different colors. Documentation contradicts online information - manufacturer website devoid of additional information. Unit came with a tag that says one thing - website says another. Which version of your documentation is correct? If the tag that came with the device is correct - why did you decide to do a nonstandard color pathway indicating device power usage? With the prevalence of modern electronics, and LEDs becoming the ubiquitous indicator - why did you seem to choose 'Orange' as a higher color than 'Red'? Which is higher? The ROY in ROYGBIV (per the insistence of my 1st and 2nd grader) is Red-Orange-Yellow. Wavelength decreases from Red --> Orange --> Yellow. Would it not make sense to just use those colors in that order? Red has commonly been assumed to be the highest of power levels when referring to heat or climate control, why deviate? Went with a device that looked most reliable, haven't been impressed yet. [followup edit] finally contacted back from manufacture. they will warranty it, but only if i pay for shipping. second device ordered via amazon only worked on medium and high, which gets fairly hot. returned second one as well after arguing with amazon and needing some sort of special auth to return device again. [fourth and final edit] finally got one that works on low power, took 4 devices. medium and high get HOT, low seems to be the magic setting.

Works well - even gets too hot for me!
This seat is comfortable even when the heating feature is off. It works so well that I have to turn it off and on since it gets too hot for me to keep on for long. The only confusing part is how to change mode from low to medium to hot. The instructions say you just push the button to change mode, but there is no indication as to what mode you are in. So, I just turn it on and presume it is on low, although it seems hot to me. I would rather see a few LEDs to indicate whether it is on low, medium, or high. For the confusion, I only give it 4 stars.

disappointed
I bought this and charged it up. The battery was nearly charged when plugging in so was excited that it came fairly charged so I could test it. I still charged until all 4 lights were solid, plugged it in and turned it on and it only stayed on for less than a minute. Was excited to use this for softball season. Fail

It’s Soo Hottt!!!
I got my seat pad a few weeks ago for winter high school soccer games. I wanted something super light weight, affordable, portable, and one that I could use my existing battery banks with. This pad has not disappointed! I am a cold chicken. Like I wear a sweater as soon as it is below 80F. Using this in 48F, and I actually use the medium setting. High is actually too hot! So far on medium with a 20,000 m/amp 2.4 W battery bank it lasts for 4 hours with charge left in the bank. This was even on a concrete bleacher, so a surface that completely sucks the heat out of everything. Oh, also, it is a comfortable seat, because that is also important information! Just buy it, you won’t regret it!
