Has helped me a lot!

I have a bad disc in my lower back and it is very uncomfortable to sleep in any position. I purchased this body pillow to help support my arms and legs while I slept and occasionally use it to support my left side of my body. This has been a life saver. It is firm enough for me, to get the support I need but comfy enough to sleep "hugging" it all night. It has really improved by sleep and alleviate some pain.

This is not machine washable

I like the pillow a lot. It's soft, but not a marshmallow. It's so large it's tough to get into my existing pillow case. My only complaint is the listing lied about it being machine washable. On a tag it says "spot clean only". And if you look at the bottom of the listing, past the large pictures of a washer and dryer, and the section extolling it's washability, you'll see care instructions say "spot clean only"

It's ok.

This is touted at being a firm pillow. It is not. I've had firmer soft pillows before. I can see this pillow going flat in a couple of months of use. **EDIT** It has already gone flat, offering no support. 11/16/22
