I ordered 2 of these to supplement the 2 2-tier of similar size and design, but these are significantly stronger and more stable, with wider diameter tubes. Assembly of BOTH took me less than an hour, even taking my time and taking breaks for TV and coffee. The 1-star reviews about difficulty assembling and keeping assembled are better than reading a joke book. If you cannot quickly and effortlessly put together this garment rack, see professional help...and I don't mean with the assembly. Do not drive and do not vote!

This is a GREAT Rolling Clothes Rack!!! I LOVE IT!????????????

I was able to purchase it on Amazon when it was on sale for $44.00 and BOY did I get a great deal on an excellent Clothes Rack! I am an eBay seller and this is exactly what I need for the clothes to hang on that I sell. PLUS it is tall enough for me to put some plastic tubs on the bottom, It's easy to assemble, sturdy and the wheels are great.....I'd like to give it 10-STARS if I could!!

Sturdy

The media could not be loaded. They’re nice and very sturdy easy to put together. Some of the pieces were bent out of each box, I did my best to unbend them. I bought three. They worked and I didn’t feel like sending it back.

Sturdy. Easy assembly.

Taller than I expected. Guess I didn't realize size of casters. Still was able to put in a good location. Easy assembly. The way top rack made, allowed me to hang S hooks to hang purses, jewelry or additional hangers. Bottom rack great for additional storage of shoes, boxes, etc. Great buy!

Very sturdy ... once you understand how to assemble it!

As many others have noted, the instructions are sparse and not all that easy to understand. The most important thing to know is the black interlocking plastic shelf supports go on the poles, under the shelves, and you MUST pound the shelves down so none of the supports show anymore. They are what make the rack sturdy. As another reviewer said, you'll need a rubber mallet or similar to do this. It is difficult to get the supports all in the right place on the poles, because they don't lock firmly and tend to slide down a bit when you're putting it together. I ended up with one wheel higher than the others as a result, making it less stable, but workable. I didn't want to take the whole thing apart again, so I'm leaving it as-is. You can make the top shelf lower than the instructions, which I did, to make it more stable and if I'd installed it as high as in the picture, it'd have been too high for me to easily use it. I made it a good 4-5 inches lower. The wheels are very nice, well made, and roll smoothly. Poles are also well made and very sturdy. The shelves are thinner gauge, because they have to be, and are fine. There are 4 o-rings included -- not mentioned in the instructions, as others have said. Since the only pole they'll fit on is the hanging bar, I assume they go on the ends of it, but I didn't use them. You don't have to. DO start assembling it from the bottom: screw wheels into bottom poles, and slide poles through bottom rack. If I were to do it over, I'd first measure and mark with a Sharpie how high up to place the shelf supports, then bang the shelf down securely over them, then assemble the rest of the rack. I'd give this rack 5 stars if it had better instructions. Once assembled correctly, and all the shelf supports firmly in place, it is a very solid, well-made, heavy-duty clothing rack, and a great value for the price.

easy to assemble and holds a ton of clothes

I bought a pair of these ages ago and just now put one together and loaded it up. It was easy to assemble, a bit awkward with one person, but I did it in about 10 minutes once I figured out the directions and pried the box open. It seems very sturdy so far, and I have at least 40 clothing items on it, a mix of jeans, shirts, dresses, and skirts. the base is roomy enough for a large tote full of tees and leggings on one side, and about 6 shoeboxes and various things stacked on the other end of the base. the top will make a good place to store sweaters and blankets. The casters move smoothly, and 2 of them have locks. It does have a large footprint, 18”x36” are the dimensions of the base, so it might be fiddly in a small space, but it holds so much stuff, its amazing. very pleased with these racks, I’m going to grab some s-hooks so I can hang small things like scarves and necklaces from the top ends.

I like it, but ...

Very Sturdy. Great in laundry room to hold lots of heavy winter wear until I'm ready to roll it across the room to transfer clothing to closet. The foot lock is a little hard to reach to lock. I did stack too much on top once causing it to tip over. I suddenly acquired the knowledge to avoid jamming it top-heavy when I discovered it was NOT fun picking the clean cloths off a not-so-clean concrete basement floor. No fault of manufacturers. Honey-can-do makes quality products. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the cost. I was able to find a similar Garment Rack just as sturdy for less $ near me.

This is Great!

I use it to keep seasonal clothes organized so they can be moved out of the way when needed. It's also really handy in the laundry room. It can easily handle storage boxes below clothes, and above them, if you're not going through doorways with it. I guess it was on sale for $39 when I bought it, but it's still listed at that price. Great buy! I'm thinking about more and putting them in my closets instead of using the standard closet shelf/closet pole so everything could just be pulled out at one time. So easy. Also handy for company, just roll one into the room for their use instead of trying to find room in closets. Very versatile. If you use a storage unit, these are great for keeping stored clothing visible with plastic clothing bags for easy storage that will keep things accessible and clean. Also, have put them in the entryway or covered porch during parties...works there too. The wheels don't work that well on carpets, but, if you're careful, you can do it.

Well Made Rack

I have bought five of these mostly metal component racks because the cheaper ones with many plastic parts don't last long. The cheaper, similar looking Amazon Basics offering looks like it has totally plastic leg rollers, so I avoided it. I, initially, experienced some uncertainty around assembly. I would recommend, now, when putting the two-part black plastic clasps in place to just uniformly position them, and hold each in place while you drop a corner loop down over top to avoid sliding out of position on the pole. Also suggest.. position the bottom section high enough to allow your vacuum cleaner to get underneath if you vacuum around these like me. The box contents included four mysterious black plastic rings that turned out to be needed only for shipping. My email to Honey-Can-Do's support team asking questions got a reasonably quick reply that did not (for one question) provide the detail I was hoping for. There is also the nice free hotline phone number provided for any issue. Note... the documentation says that the rack supports up to forty-five pounds in garments only. Wobbly? Somewhat... but perfectly OK for an apartment dweller like myself where I don't move these around much. Still takes me about 20 minutes to assemble.

Worth the money

Purchased this for my entrance porch, have no closet. Very sturdy and holds all of our outer wear. So easy to move and lots of storage space on top and bottom. The price was right. Would recommend this to anyone who would ask.
