product was good but my husband couldn't use it it hurt his feet he is he has issues it only gave me i month to return and i was just barley under that i was disappointed

Purchased for my husband who is diabetic. He has pain in his feet all the time so hope this will help improve circulation in his feet.

Not for medical treatment

Pros: it vibrates! Cons: it's not that serious There's only 1 intensity, but I suppose it's enough to promote circulation in your feet. The heat option is nonexistent to me. I'm not sure if I have thick skinned feet, but it doesn't feel any much warmer when I use the heat setting. I wouldn't recommend this for people who have medical conditions and are looking for a stronger vibration tool for circulation. It's great for if toes are the priority to massage. It's good for those who sit all day like the elderly or call center/desk workers who would benefit from the stimulation fort circulation. Good price ????

Not very strong

Does not help neuropathy and vibration is very weak which is odd for a homedics product.

You get what you pay for

The good thing is it's cheap. The first one I ordered quit working after a week. It's a bit loud and the heat is not the greatest nor the massage. It worked for me however and I bought another as a replacement. I wish companies would not be sleazy and build products that last. You certainly made a buck but you soiled your reputation with a consumer and put more plastic junk in a landfill. Update. Second one stopped working. This seems to be an intentional design flaw which is unfortunate as it's the last Homedics product I will ever buy again. I opened one of them and it seems what happens is the weight on the end of the motor gets bound up and slows down. The motor is super small for what it's doing and is probably overheating. If yours slows down and eventually stops vibrating hold it by the right side with it powered on and whack it against the floor a few times. That will get the motor spinning again and it eventually will come up to speed. How long it will work is anyone's guess. Don't open these up. They designed the screw wells to be super deep and to make it really difficult for a consumer to service. Of course they did.

Helps the Helpless

I got this at the recommendation of my Podiatrist to help relieve Morton's Neuroma, for which there's nothing else that can be done. I use this periodically to get relief. It works quite well and does offer relief. When there's no other option, one does what they can.

Great machine for the money

We got this as a gift for a friend with poor circulation and foot swelling problems. His feet were so purple and swollen it hurt for him to walk. The machine provided immediate relief for him and after three months of use his feet have had no flare up or swelling. His doctors were amazed at how great they looked. Only giving four stars because this was the second one we purchased. The first machine quit working after a week, turning itself off or to an extremely low state. Still worth the money!

Good information

This massager was for my 95 y/o mother. She likes the massager and was especially impressed with the written information that came with it re: not to use it more than 20 minutes at a time and not to use it too close to bedtime as it may be too stimulating for sleep.
