My feet love it!
I have had a similar model to this one for ten years. It just now broke. I liked it so much that I purchased this model immediately. It also works great. This is a great price for the hours of comfort that it brings.

This massager has rendered me useless
It’s love at first massage! I had one of these from a long time ago but it ended up getting broken by my kid. I’ve been looking for a similar one for a while now and have tried the other kinds but they just didn’t feel the same. I love how this one actually massages the bottom of my feet, not just squeezes them. I feel like I will be 100 years old still sitting here because this thing feels so good I cannot get up lol. Highly recommend.

Feels Nice, but No Heat!!
We've put 50+ hours on this machine now. It feels great. However, 2 complaints: 1. Heat is a SCAM!! There are 3 settings controlled by pushing the only button. "Off". "On". "On+Heat". The "heat" setting means the machine simply glows red as opposed to no lights. They're simply LEDs for visual effect. I noticed this because it was taking a long time to make my feet warm. After 5 minutes I touched it with my finger and it was barely warm at all. I got suspicious and plugged it into a watt meter (measures power consumption). There was zero difference between "On" and "On+Heat". Not even a watt. 17W for "On". 17W for "On+Heat". Note that I was leaving the rotating parts unobstructed (not putting my feet on them which results in resistance resulting in the unit compensating and consuming more power to keep the parts spinning). This proved that there was no "Heat" setting. So I got even more curious and opened the machine up. No heating mechanism. Only red LEDs. **The machine DOES get warm after approximately 20 minutes and it feels good, but that's surely due to the 20 minutes of motors running. It makes no difference if it's "On" or "On+Heat". It'll get to the same temperature either way. Who wants to turn on the "Heat" function on and wait 20 minutes?** 2) Minor problem: The unit has started to creak & moan. It sounds like plastic rubbing against plastic at times. It's not a big deal given that we've put about 50 hours into this machine. I tiny bit of lube should do the trick. I took the time to review this solely due to the "heat" scam. There's no heating mechanism. Lots of things will get semi-warm after its motor runs for 20 minutes...

Since an older model is no longer available, this one will have to do.
I was trying to find an exact duplicate of a massage I already own (by HoMedics, and has lasted years and years, still working great) but that model seems to have lost to "new and improved" marketing. I ended up with this one and it does the job, though not as well. It is still working fine after a few months, but it does show signs of wear and seems to be not as sturdy as the other one. Hard to complain though since it still works just fine. To address the question of heat, well mine DOES heat up just as it is supposed to; those reviews that claim otherwise do not match my experience. And the counter rotation of the massage balls feels wonderful on tired feet, though it can be a little tricky to get just the right position to relax comfortably while they do the work. I prop mine up on a wedge shaped board, but you can't use a pillow or anything soft under it since there are vents on the bottom. So, this model is not flawless, but it is "good enough". I don't see anything else I. The current market that is better.

Simple and effective
We had the older version of this product for 10 years! (and it still works) We bought another one since its in such high use in the family and its been great. The first one faded on the metal balls and exposed the brass color underneath which I imagine will happen over time with this new one as well unless the balls are no longer coated with anything? (I will update if that does happen) You have to wear socks with this product - its the only comfortable way to use it, it also has a heat option which is nice. We have tried more expensive products that fit the whole foot in and inflate from all sides and just didn't like it as much as this simple product. Its a plug and play item, easy to relocate around the room if needed and great for sore feet. And also clearly lasts a long time since our 10 year old version is still going strong!

Non-performer
Not enough rotating massage heads, no options for settings; ie speed, etc. Had one many years ago with vibration and rotating massage and heat that was MUCH better. Did not receive comfort after using this product.

You get what you pay for
This didn’t do anything to relieve my pain. Had a funny smell when turned on. Very loud and absolutely no heat. I returned it

Have used better machines. I supposed it's ok for the cost
Wish the balls were a bit bigger. Have used better machines. I supposed it's ok for the cost, but there are better out there. Suggest spending a bit more and getting a better machine if you suffer from planterfaciitis like I do

Just put your feet on the heating vent instead and save your money.
Don't waste your money. I never use it. A pleasant warm buzzing and some circular motions is not what anyone would call a foot massage.
