Nice Products, buy needs more power.
I would buy this product again. Soon, thinking of another friend that might like it and will be ordering again. If you put your foot in the right spot you feel the vibration, so for that it works. Just needs a little more power in vibration. I use it sitting at my desk working an 8-hour day. Thanks. : )

Defective power switch.
This thing is supposed to have three settings, high, low, and off. The off switch doesn't work. I have to remove a battery to make it stop. The off switch seems to be a medium speed setting instead. It's still an okay foot massager but not worth what I paid for it.

Junk - doesn’t work and burns thru batteries
Vibration is very little and burns thru batteries quickly - replaced twice in and hour

Junk!!!!!
Put batteries in it, used it about 10 mins and it stopped. Changed batteries and still didn't work. Boxed it back up and sent it back the next day. Even when it was working it was making an awful screeching sound. Junk, don't waste your money. Returning it was very easy and my money returned quickly.

I am not sure if I have received a remote control. The unit gives off a smell after use.

Poor quality and overpriced
We bought this for my arthritis suffering mother to 'massage' her feet when they are bad. Despite the very high price this is very, very poor quality. The lining is wafer thin and the massage function just makes a noisy but ineffective whirring. Add to that delivery took a number of weeks, and its a pretty poor deal indeed. I'd definitely keep your money and go for something else - very poor quality indeed.
