tiny pan!
I like this pan, but it's a square and a rectangle is really needed to make an omelette with more than one egg. I've decided to use it for easy over eggs or scrambled. The nonstick surface is great.

Square Frying Pan
Love this little pan to cook hash browns or eggs. I use a little butter and everything slides right out.

Worked perfectly
Cooks eggs evenly. Egg fit the bread with minimal overhang. No sticking whatsoever and clean-up is a breeze!

I made a mistake
I made an error in not fully understanding the size of this pan. I thought it would hold a single sandwich for making a grilled cheese, as well as being the right size for cooking an egg. It is too small. to hold. a sandwich. Very sturdy pan, very easy. to clean, but more money than I should have spent on a pan I can only use for one thing. This is no fault of the company, but my own failure to thoroughly read and understand the dimensions.

Great for making egg sandwiches!
This thing is the perfect size to make egg sandwiches. The non-stick surface works great. It's a little troublesome to get the spatula under the egg because of the sides but once you get the hang of it even that's not bad. Unlike some of the other non-stick pans I have, nothing sticks to the bolts where the handle attaches to the pan. Maybe I'm being nitpicky but it's super annoying to clean other pans because the egg bits don't slide off that area, this pan doesn't have that problem. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes making egg sandwiches. (My wife has started using it for over-easy eggs as well so I assume it's good for that too) Worth the money!

Works well if used properly. Size is relative.
I've used this pan numerous times for frying eggs and making grilled cheese sandwiches. I use a light (and I mean VERY light) coating of butter on the first item I'm frying and have no problems thereafter. The pan is not particularly thick, which is good and bad. It transfers heat well and very quickly heats up. Some people have the tendency to crank the heat up when heating up a frying pan. I suspect this may be the problem some people have with sticking and ruining the non-stick coating. I've had sticking problems in the past (with other non-stick pans) when I used aerosol sprays to 'grease' my very hot pans. I haven't tried sprays with this pan, so I don't know their effectiveness. I stick to real butter in minute quantities on fairly low heat. Work fine. Size? Yes it's small. It' SUPPOSED to be small. The descriptions states its size, so why would anybody be surprised when they see it in person. Ruler-challenged perhaps? The pan fits a standard sized SANDWHICH bread slice, not a huge 200 calorie stone-ground Neanderthal chunk of dough. A fried egg fits perfectly on a sandwich sized slice of bread, so this pan is perfect for that purpose. And, as I stated, I make grilled cheese sandwiches too. Barely fits..., but does. One drawback however is the fact that the smaller size means a part of your stove's burner may be exposed when cooking since the pan may not cover the entire burner area. Of course I'm referring to electric heating elements. I have no idea about a gas-fired burner. I use large eggs, but If I had more use for them, I'd buy extra-large eggs so that my my spread-out square eggs would be thicker. Large eggs ,after spreading out to all four corners of the pan, do tend to end up a little thin. But not THAT THIN. Most recipes I use call for large eggs, so that's what I buy them. It i what it is. Don't overheat and it'll be fine.

Cooks square eggs to fit into normal bread or toast
I searched for ages to have the perfect egg sandwiches or toasted sandwiches and found this, it’s expensive for the size and you need to cover the eggs to steam the top of them, a circler lid won’t work so I purchased a square one, see link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0932LF9FQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 The lid is a little oversized but does the job well and doesn’t slide off, I started cooking omelette at first, but once you try fried eggs, there’s no turning back, I use 3 toast, dip one toast in the egg yolks and spread and eat, then finish off with a sandwich that doesn’t dribble out everywhere. To get them perfect, they need the last 2 or 3 seconds sealing the top of the eggs, I turn them over over the toast just in case I break the eggs, but so far I haven’t and I love the results, mmmmmmmm

Transformed My Sandwich Game
Eggs just slide out and clean up is a breeze. Have been using a tiny amount of oil and cooking on low to medium temp. One large egg makes a decent depth and fits a “regular” store bought slice. If you want to use it for grill cheese, etc you can find smaller dimension loaves in the organic section or local bakery. All in all very happy with this pan.

Great little pan for perfect eggs on toasts!
I've used it a few times already and I am totally satisfied. I use it for eggs so that fit my toasts perfectly :) I did not ''prep'' my pan (what the heck) and I am using it as I would any other pan to make eggs with, over medium heat. My eggs never stick to the pan. The handle becomes warm, but not hot. It is a small handle, so just need to make sure you put your pan towards the side of the burner, so the handle is not exposed directly to the heat (it's just common sense really). I bought 2 of them; I gave one to a friend and she is just as pleased with hers as I am with mine.

Well made and super easy to clean.
I have bought the GreenPan brand before and I'm always impressed. I figured this small one would make a perfect fried egg for my fried egg sandwich, and it does. Easy to clean, and I hand wash it. Very sturdy and worth the money.
