Nice but not great!
The media could not be loaded. These look nice and even feel like good quality. Sadly, the first time I used a lid- they chipped! Super disappointed! Every pan we have used a lid on, now has tons of chips in the edges. I'm pretty sure the lids are meant to be used.lol. So not thrilled with the quality. But again, they are pretty and heavier than most sets. Oh well Will try a different brand next time. These aren't cheap though...:(

I would expect more
The finish on the pans are supposed to be very durable. I used this pan ONE time and then threw it in the dishwasher to be washed for literally 2 minutes and when I went to wash it, the finish came off the edges a little bit. So it looks like it's already chipped after one wash. For the price of the pan I would've expected that not to happen after just one use. I'm really hoping it's just a fluke and none of my other pans from this company do that.

A great looking, affordable, non-stick set
Sept. 2022 Edit: the pans I use for frying things have shown wear and are pretty unusable now. If I try to use them in this state I get smoking making me think the coating is compromised. I cannot get the dark spots off with a non abrasive sponge. I have not noticed the peeling that others have, but definitely the wear. I always use soft utensils and no scratch sponges, but can see little scratches. For under $200 for the set, I still think it's a good buy as this one pan gets almost daily use and has lasted 3-ish years but like others have said you need to take it easy with the heat and gentle with the cleaning. Original. I wanted something that was nonreactive and thought I would give these a try as my hard anodized set is starting to show the aluminum. These look really nice and feel lighter weight compared to the calphalon I was using. They conduct heat really well and like that I can use a lower flame. I have had no staining issues, and have even stored tomato sauce in one overnight. I do hand wash them and use silicone cooking utensils. After three months of use, I have noticed a couple of small chips in the rims which is likely due to storing with other pots and pans, so I wouldn't consider them as durable as calphalon, but I had the old school professional series, and really don't think anything will ever be as durable as those! If you are looking for an affordable, nice looking, non-stick set, I would give these a try.

Easy to chip
I wouldn’t buy again. The top coat chips so easily. Using silicone only it still chipped.

The best pan for scrambled eggs or an omelet and easy cleanup!
I always use this pan for eggs w I really like that this nonstick pan is ceramic coated which means unlike teflon, it will not deposit chemicals in food if scraped off. I love it for cooking eggs and omelets. It is great for pancakes and will likely experiment with other foods. It is suggested that you not use high heat, but it works fine st at medium high or lower. I store it with a cotton dishtowel inside to protect it from getting scratched by nested stainless steel pans. The finish was scraped near the handle probably by a nested pan. I gave my daughter the smaller skillet which has brown spatters on the bottom. I'm not sure why except she does prepare fish often and my have used too high a heat. With care, I hope these pans last a long time.

HOT HANDLES!
These pots and pans are beautiful to look at, and clean up easily. However, you can not touch the handles while cooking! You must use a pot holder and I am not used to that. Dislike this feature.

The worst skillets we’ve owned
These are hands down the worst skillets we have ever owned. We’ve only owned these for about 1-1/2 months, and they are absolutely trashed. We bought these to replace a set of Kitchenaid non-stick skillets (teflon-type) that had given us quite a few years of service. Granted, these are much less expensive, but their performance is just appalling. I wanted to try a different non-stick technology to get away from the dangers of Teflon coming off and getting into our food. So, I did some research and chose this set based on very positive reviews from Consumer Reports and here on Amazon. How they received high marks is beyond me. They have been hand washed after every use (as we always have done with past non-stick skillets), and they are already horribly stained with no chance of removing the stains without destroying the finish. The stains don’t really affect the performance, but the light blue color was appealing, and now that is pointless. Anything that drips over the side of the skillet somehow gets into the pores of the finish and can’t be scrubbed away. I’ve tried pretty hard. The cooking surface isn’t really stained, but we had sticking issues right out of the box. We basically have to treat it like a cast iron skillet and use a healthy helping of bacon grease to keep things like eggs from sticking (which I cook every morning), so that’s a huge pain. I’m not sure if it’s this type of non-stock technology that is the problem, or if these are just really low quality examples of the technology. What I can say is save your money and buy something else. Anything else. These are absolute trash.

Great to use, color isn’t practical
These are our second set of Green Pans and they are great to use but the color isn’t practical. The white inside shows every bit of dirt around the rivets and makes me want to scrap the nonstick surface too much. The blue outside has not aged well on our gas range either.

Packaging needs improvement but good pans
I've had these pans for a few weeks now and I can say that as long as you follow the directions regarding cooking temperature and care, they do a great job. Nothing sticks to the surface and I've also found they clean very easily. I wouldn't use these pans to try and get a good sear on meat, but for everything else they've been perfect. My one quibble is with with how they are packaged. They don't come in a box. The two pans are held together by a few strips of cardboard that cross the pans in the middle, leaving the edges exposed in a flimsy plastic bag, and Amazon sent me the pans in an envelope. Somewhere along the line, the edge of the larger pan got a small chip in it, so I'm taking a star off for that. I decided to keep the pans, since I don't think the chip will be a huge issue, but buyers should be aware that their pans could arrive damaged.

perfect nonstick pan
I love my greenpans! They are perfect! Beautiful color and food just slip off the pan. The key is to use medium to low heat, as the ceramic conducts heat really well and high heat will cause the food to burn and stick to the pan.

These really are that good. Non-sticky as all-get-out. Cleans up quick. Tough as nails. We're huge fans!
