Big upgrade over Klein locking Punchdown

I purchased this punchdown tool to replace a Klein locking punchdown that I hated. I kept getting shorts while testing after using the Klein because the blade was slightly too thin and would sometimes pinch along the side of the wire and pull it out while extracting the blade. No such problem with the Paladin. The tool is simple and foolproof, as it should be. The low impact setting is all I use but it will switch easily to high impact if you want. The blade reverses easily from 110 to 66 but stays locked securely when in use. Very glad I made the switch!

Great tool.. Not Paladin Tools brand anymore.

No long Paladin Tools. This should be noted that Paladin Tools was purchased by another company and you will not receive the Paladin Tools product here. However the build quality is just the same and it is a great product.

This product no longer exists. If you order one it will come in as a Green-lee. In the picture it shows the old 110/66 punches but it only comes with 110 cut/66 cut combo not the the 110/66 non cut which is deceiving from the picture. It will do the job but if you are selling a product advertise the unit you are selling. Michael

Works as it should and works well

This is a simple tool. Not much to it. However, you can tell a cheap punch tool from a quality tool. This tool is quality at a good price. I use these day to day at work and I have bought a few for colleagues. Never disappointed.

I had to file down the blade, as it was cutting through cord. Not the quality I had expected.
