Not for heavy trailer
Looks like it will work fine for my application.

Only hitch that fit my odd size seat pole. Easy to install and use.
I am thrilled with this trailer hookup kit. I have a three wheel electric scooter that I need a trailer for to use for shopping, my other trailer was stolen, the new trailer I ordered came with a hitch kit but would fit the seat pole, it was to narrow. Since my trike travels up to 25mph and the streets are not the smoothest I had to find something reliable. I checked out several sites and came to the conclusion this hitch was my best and pretty much only option. I was thrilled when I received it, not only did it work on the scooter but came with adapters to make it pretty much universal. It is not a quick release but is still quick and easy to disconnect the trailer. Just unscrew the O screw behind the ball clamp and it opens the clamp. Very easy. Now I am all set to go. It took me about 20 minutes to get it set up. Like any trailer be sure to hook up some sort of safety chain in case the trailer becomes disconnected from the hitch.

Works great
This thing is pretty awesome I used it to connect my gorilla cart to my red rover 5 I had to make a couple little adjustments but because it is a blank slate it works pretty good real realize that the only thing that keeps the latch on Is the ipod that locks it in for safety I swapped it out with a nylon insert nut to make sure it doesn't vibrate loose

I like it. Works well under a heavy load. My suggestions would be a few items. A quick release for the seat post would be nice. Not sure why the hitch mechanism and ball hitch are two separate pieces. I liquid welded them because the ball receiver would droop on the bolt holding them together. I would also make the them lever release to be rounded / concave. It works great, but if I lay the bike down the hitch slips out. I think the pin (eye bolt) to keep the thumb release in place while riding could be done in a different way. The nut is too small. I will probably drill out the hole to get a pin to slide in and out for faster more convenient use.

It'd be great if it didn't come off...
I used this for the first time today with the Aosom trailer, empty, as a trial run. So I was pulling only a bit over 20 lbs. On a 1.6 mile loop with only a little rough ground it came off three times! The guard screw was screwed in all the way, in proper position to prevent inadvertent opening and release but obviously it didn't work. With a pair of channellock pliers I closed the gap a bit on the curved top piece - that may be enough to stop it from popping off. But I think I will also drill holes in both the tongue and receiver for some type of cable or chain with a clip arrangement, so that if it does come off again it will still be attached by the cable or chain - the same way you have chains on a vehicle trailer to keep it from rolling off on its own if it comes unhooked (see picture - this should work!). Update: The design is such that a sharp jolt upwards on the tongue can lever it against the base of the receiver as it also pivots up, causing it to pop off. So if you make it so the receiver ball piece can't swing upwards, the tongue can't lever itself off. I used a piece of UHMW plastic but metal could also be used, to prevent the receiver from moving upwards.

I use this on my lawn tractor
We have a lawn/utility cart with bicycle type wheels that we use to pick up sticks. It is a push cart that I added a hitch bar to. Normally move not more than 200 lbs with it. Used this hitch and it works perfectly! Hitch bar is metal electrical conduit tubing. I pulled a McGyver and created the hitch bar with materials already on hand. Interestingly this hitch bolted right to the Cub Cadet lawn tractor implement bracket - no adaptations necessary. So - for a bike trailer, this is a very strong solution. I expect it will be very durable too. Hitch ball is about the same size as a 1" pinball.

Much better than I expected
Tried a few other hair brain ideas first then discovered this hitch. Figured I had nothing to lose. Turns out with drilling a few holes and couple of bolts from the workshop, I'll be on the beach and sailing soon. So easy a caveman could do it!

Great product
I bought this small tow hitch, and installed it on my mobility scooter and to my utility cart & now I can go grocery shopping at Costco, get my groceries and miscellaneous item all in one trip.

Skips of ball
When I bought this I was unsure if it was what I was looking for it was exactly what I wanted however it didn't tighten on to my seat post and the trailer itself when you put the lock nut through it's still opens up enough to slip off the ball when you're going up the hill I ended up having to alter it I ended up screwing holes through it to bolt it to my seat post and as far as the slipping goes I've just got to really be careful going up hills is it still slips off and there's no room to put in a bigger bolt

Frustrating , took me 3hrs and a lot of improvisation
3 stars because they sent me one without the coupler.... Had to ask them for another one with it .... Also this thing was very confusing to put together... I had to improvise something myself with quick releases and the seatpost clamp... I bashed off the seatpost clamp on my other fatbike to make it work... Well now its snug and I can adjust it up and down the seatpost. At first I had it on the seapost clamp but it was too low , but now with the help of my other fatbike seatpost clamp I bashed off I shouldn't have any problems. Strong hitch nonetheless and just thankfull I was able to get it working somehow....
