Comfortable, supportive brace
This brace is comfortable and supportive, and the S/M fits my small hand well, though I also have a Futuro For Her (same design but one size, light gray) that fits me slightly better as its thumb hole is a bit smaller. I bent the removable metal support a little where it ends at the underside of my forearm to give me more room there, which worked well. My hand does sweat in it on hot days or if I'm very active, but then I change to my second one and wash the first; if patted dry with a towel, it dries fully in about an hour. I got this for a sprained wrist, but have worn other wrist braces in the past for carpal tunnel syndrome, and this design is the most comfortable. It doesn't have the chafing binding around the thumb hole that some other braces have. It works fine with my mouse, a small one with a relatively low profile, but it seems the gel bump in the palm might get in the way with a large mouse. I've been wearing it about 2 weeks and so far there's no abrading of the fabric by the metal support, as another reviewer experienced. I disliked the large, bright yellow Futuro letters on the wrist band, so I dulled them with a permanent black magic marker and washed it the next day to avoid ink rub-off, which did make the letters much less noticeable even though some of the ink washed out. If you want a black brace, and don't mind the yellow letters, it's a good choice.

Disappointing
I own the Futuro Deluxe (356) for the right wrist, but I started to need support for the left wrist as well. I wanted a lighter brace for the left wrist, because I didn't need such stiff support as the Futuro Deluxe, so I ordered this one. However, I was disappointed -- it's just a thin neoprene wrap with a splint inside. There is a cushion along the splint, but it was quite annoying. I tried to get some work (computer work/typing) done, but I could not forget that the splint was there--it was constantly pushing up into the bottom of my hand/wrist, because it's rounded and bulky, not flat like it should be. I will say, it's not sharp at all; the cushion definitely helps keep the splint's edges from digging in to you, but like I said, too bulky. I also had to wrap it SUPER tight to get any support because the rest of the wrap is just a thin neoprene. The support of the neoprene is not evenly dispersed, either. The back of the hand/wrist, where the tendons are (if your wrist pain comes from tendonitis or inflamed connective tissues), has no support except for one layer of neoprene. If they were going to make a neoprene wrap with no metal/plastic inner supports, they should have used thicker/layered neoprene and sewn-down pleats to create additional supports, but instead, you will get more support from an Ace bandage. Considering the Deluxe is about $20, an Ace bandage is about $5, and I paid $19 for this, it is not a great value . As an aside, I will say that the stitching does not look super secure on the velcro tabs, and the edges are raw. From the way the wrap stretched and moved while using it, I would worry about durability. However, as I'm sending it back, I cannot say what the durability is like.

Very effective, but stinky
This does the job, and does it well. Be prepared for the stink after about 3 days; smells like dirty socks

Takes the pain away but quickly looks like I threw it in the garbage disposal.
I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) in both my wrists a few months ago and purchased this brace (along with the left side) because they seemed to stand out less compared to some of the other wrist supports. Everyone I work with still asked me if I had two broken wrists with great concern and I had to go through the whole spiel about CTS. So major plus of the wrist braces: showed me that my coworkers care about my health and well-being. As soon as I put on the wrist braces, my wrists felt instantaneously better. A little support goes a long, long way! These wrist braces are not nearly as supportive as the Futuro Deluxe Wrist Stabilizer, which I use when I sleep. But since they aren't as supportive, they'd be great for people who don't yet have CTS but want to stabilize their wrist to prevent pain. Like the title states, these things quickly looked rather nasty even with regular washing. They attract dog and cat hair like a moth to a flame and develop "fuzzies" all over. I periodically clean these things and cut off the extra fuzz and then it looks OK for a few weeks then I have to do it all over again. I also had to replace the velcro because it stopped sticking after about a week. All in all, I think it's a semi-attractive (especially compared to the Deluxe Wrist Stabilizer), affordable solution to minor CTS.

Comfortable Adjustable Wrist Brace for RA sufferers
This wrist brace is lightweight and easy to sleep while wearing. The gentle secure pressure, that is adjustable, makes it easy to wear while sleeping, holding a book and light housework. It's washable if you air-dry it only. The gel padding underneath the thumb joint is comfortable. If you're going to wash it, you must remove the flat metal stabilizer which is easily removed through the bottom sleeve that it slides into. I prefer this brand over others because of its three-velcro fasteners, located in key areas, which hit all important pressure points. Other braces have only 2 velcro fasteners or ones that are not attached to the sizing band. The brace is made of a soft/spongey scuba type material. Other braces don't seem to have the compression sleeve that this particular brand does and that was a major decision for choosing this one, with the second plus being that there were 3 velcro fasteners instead of only 2. There is plenty of room for your fingers to move without losing the needed secure feeling for hand and wrist pain from RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis).

Fitted our needs
It's perfect. Don't need the steel support but it's there if required and can be removed easily.
