Very helpful initially but hot for arthritis in hand. Husband ordered thumb splint instead
Thumb splint idea was orthopedic surgeon's. It worked much better.

Lots of great features in one comfortable wrist brace!
Recently I developed tendonitis in my left hand and was in desperate need of something supportive but not restrictive. Shopping in CVS, I saw this and thought the price was high so I came home and found it to be almost 11.00 dollars cheaper on Amazon. Immediately I ordered it and have been using it ever since. 1. My hands are on the small side and the wrist brace is adjustable to sufficiently and snugly fit my hand size. 2. There are three separate Velcro fasteners which I found to be very snug and stayed securely in place. 3. This wrist brace is reversible which is a great convenience. Just remove the adjustable stabilizer and move it to whichever side hand you will be using it on. 4. The material is very soft and comfortable against the skin and is latex free. 5. Provides moderate stability which is what I was looking for. I wanted to be able to move my fingers and thumb as well as take the wrist brace off easily when necessary. This adjustable wrist brace really gives you lots of features in one little package. You are getting support, adjustability, comfort and a brace that can be used on both wrists. What I also like about this wrist brace is that when I do take it off to give my wrist a rest, I can throw it in my bag along with my iPad or computer or it can easily fit in my handbag. It takes up very little space. If you are looking for a wrist brace for moderate stability and lots of features at a great price, I highly recommend this Futuro wrist brace.

Great Brace for the Price
This brace worked great to supplement the Hely & Weber brace that the doctor gave me for a torn TMCC in my wrist and it was 1/3 the price. I needed a 2nd brace for a trip so that I could get it wet while still protecting my wrist. This brace provided MORE support and protection than the Hely & Weber and it dried quicker. It also allowed one brace to be cleaned and dried while still wearing the other. It is one size fits all; so it did need to be modified to fit a man's larger wrist which is exactly what one should expect from a one size fits all product. The thumb hole had to be cut (using scissors) to make it larger or the blood circulation was cut off to the thumb. It took two tries of cutting the hole larger, but I got it to fit perfectly. The only thing that kept the brace from earning 5 stars was that it had a seam protruding into the inside of my forearm that would get tender after 3-5 hours of wearing it. That irritation could probably be fixed with some tape or moleskin, but I never had to wear it more than 5 hours so I did not try to modify it. I would buy this brace again without hesitation.

Great for relief and mobility
I have a sleeping brace by this brand and it's like my whole hand and arm are on a cloud. I have carpal tunnel and recurring thoracic outlet syndrome issues and my left arm and hand are a mess. I take a lot of notes for school and type a lot for work so I needed something with more mobility for my left hand. This brace is PERFECT! It gives me the stability I need without inhibiting my ability to write and type. I'm not as fast or neat but it's really great. The pain relief isn't perfect but keeping certain things compressed and aligned helps immensely. It's also hard to find stuff for my tiny hands and left hand so this was heaven sent.

Very nice, comfy brace. Thumb hole a bit small.
I purchased 2 of these braces mainly to use for sleeping at night, but have been using 1 of them for the last 2 days while at work. I have tendinitis in both wrists as well as DeQuervain's in my right wrist (have had DeQuervain's release surgery). I have found these braces to be very comfortable. They are well padded so no irritation from the bar inside the brace. No issues with sweating in this brace. I do agree with some that the thumb hole is a bit small. After 2 days of wearing for 10 hours, I noticed that my thumb was starting to get a little uncomfortable. I took the brace off to see that I had a red mark across the base of my thumb. I went ahead & carefully trimmed a bit of the fabric from around the lower thumb area & it is much better now. I am also doing as another reviewer suggested & not undoing the velcro every time I remove the brace. I adjusted it to where it was comfortable & just slip the brace on or off of my hand w/o issues.

Very comfortable, great quality & great price
These braces are brilliant! They are significantly cheaper than the previous splints I was wearing, The best thing about them for me is that they do not snag on your clothes as you take them off. My other splints have much more velcro to get caught up in and it ruins your jumpers etc. This means you end up taking them off before taking off your jumper etc. I have had these for a while now and I have taken out the metal inserts and washed them. They washed perfectly. I let them dry naturally as not sure the tumble dryer is a good idea. The fact that they are reversible is also useful at times. My only slight issue (for want of a better word) with them is that they can look like a bad fashion choice (think Madonna - fingerless gloves -1980's). This can mean that people do not realise they are for health reasons and don't cut you any slack when for example when you can't keep up with the cashier at the supermarket.

Long term wrist niggle - sorted on day one
There are cheaper and much more expensive wrist supports. This was recommended by my GP and has done the job exactly as hoped and faster than expected - one day of full time use, then occasional ever since. If you think your discomfort is repetitive strain related this does the job. It uses Velcro straps for an item that can easily work on either side. However it means some Velcro always faces out and will catch on Velcro fastening on other clothing. To overcome this, and the reduction in grip because your palms are covered, I purchased some inexpensive finger less gloves with high grip surfaces. Everything honky dory.

Really uncomfortable. Waste of money. Not fit for a sprain.
This has the solid bracing strip on the top inner side just above the thumb and it just digs in and doesn’t provide any bracing to my wrist. I have a NHS brace for my other hand and the metal strip sits against the inside of the wrist and stabilises the joint from bending. I was expecting similar. Now I have wasted £25 on something that hurts my wrist more and it’s non refundable. It’s not fit for purpose.

Beware! Not for the left hand despite description
This brace is perfect for the right hand, but is not made for the left. The current description says it's for both hands, but it is not. THe Futuro night brace (an alternative) is very good for either hand, but not usable for daytime tasks.

Uncomfortable Seams Inside
While the material is nice and the support offered is quite good. There's awfully stiched seams ON THE INSIDE, that will just rub and scratch against either the inside (right hand) or outside (left hand) of your forearm. Likewise, the rim on the inside of the thumb hole is not only small, but similarly abrasive. For this reason I can't recommend it.
