Absolutely phenomenal performance, Raail, Halo, Plastidip, liquid wrap, and traditional autopaint!
Damn, I don't even know where to begin on this one. I'm going to keep this initial review pretty short. I have yet to shoot anything that's wood with this, but I am going to try my hand at it likely this weekend, bought a few small 1/2 pint samples to try out. I bought this for the purpose of spraying Liquid Wrap products on cars, wheels, and anything else I can get my hands on to spray. The unit is VERY powerful, and can spray pretty much anything without thinning it out as long as you use the correct tip. It atomizes the material extremely well with almost literally no effort by you. The unit doesn't run into any heat issues in my spraying, the air is always just normal luke warm air (not hot warm, just regular barely warm air which is awesome). The noise level is roughly the same as a shop vac or quieter, depending on where you put it, it can be almost inaudible. (hint: grab a remote and put it away from you for silence). I don't need or wear hearing protection with it, but if I ever did, then it would be very minimal. I am curious to know how much quieter that Q4 is after seeing the youtube comparisons, amazing it could be as powerful and even quieter?!?! The unit is VERY small and lightweight which was shocking to me. Be sure to secure the hose fully on the unit so it doesn't come off. I've never had an issue with it loosening or removing itself from movement, just grab a wrench or pliers to make sure you thread it on there properly. Keep the unit away from wherever you're spraying so you don't gum up the filters. The hose itself is very flexible in my opinion, and I very rarely used the flex hose at ALL when I first started using it, only started using it later on when I wanted some extra length on it. The gun itself is of a VERY high caliber, and is very easy to clean. I had no issues with the top leaking, it's very simple to put on, I always put it on and turn it backwards to line it up, then turn it normally to tighten. It doesn't take very much at all to secure it, maybe a quarter turn or so. Never had a leak, never had a problem. I bought the 0.8, 1.0, 1.3, 1.5, and 1.8mm spray tips (I test everything lol) to go with the gun especially as they're all the same cheap price of about $55. USE THE VISCOSITY CUP provided, don't waste material trying to see which tip to use, or how to approach whatever you're spraying. It takes seconds, and makes sure that everything you do is consistent. It'll save you troubleshooting later, and make sure everything is the same every day, every temperature. I like using the 1.3mm tip for spraying Plastidip and Raail products (Airwrap and Protek). The plastidip I thinned it out just a little more than out of the 'ready to spray' gallon can, I use Naptha for that until it runs through the velocity cup at roughly 10 seconds which is a few seconds quicker than normal. It lays out GLORIOUSLY smooth when you set it up right with a little knowledge. Depending on temps I can see going up in tip size and moving faster, but if you just wanted one tip, I can see just going with the 1.3mm and adjusting speed/thinner depending on where you're spraying. Raail products spray even sweeter through it because they're thinner by default and lay so nicely anyway. Man I love the Raail stuff, it's just sooooooooooo good. The T75G is a very high level build spray gun. My only decent gripe with the gun is the fan adjustment on the side. It works just fine, doesn't come loose or move, it's just so small of a range that you have, so you have to move in very small increments which produce big changes. It's totally an ease of use thing, and not even close to a deal breaker, just something to pay attention to when dialing in the fan pattern. I have found that it sprays the nicest if you bring the fan down juuuuust a little bit so the pattern comes out super even. It's a damn good spray gun, 2nd best in the world in my opinion. Be sure to buy some sort of oil to lube up the moving parts since it doesn't come with any. Lube up the threaded areas a little bit, lube up the needle itself from back end to about 3/4 of the way down the shaft (don't get it on the needle tip duh lol). The trigger pull is good if a little on the shorter side, not SHORT, just shorter than what I was used to is all, still very good, also something you should lightly lube up periodically. Take care of your gun, and it'll take care of you. I also have the Apollo 7500GT spray gun which is in my opinion the absolute best turbine spray gun in the universe. You can use that or any other turbine spray gun with this unit, you can also use the Apollo spray tips from that gun with the sweet Fuji T75G spray gun. You cannot however use the spray tips or needles without modification. They will fit into the gun, but the apollo needles are longer on the back end, and the length of the threaded portion of the nozzle is different as well. Just use the aircaps instead if you need even more atomization. I own aircap A and B (not the High Solids ones since I already have the regular Fuji caps which are that style). If you use a different spray gun than the Fuji gun, the gun stand on the turbine won't hold it because the diameter may be slightly different, but the hose and all will be perfect. The hose has a valve on the end where you can adjust the amount of air that's coming out of the unit. It's pretty effective to cut down on the already super low overspray, but there are no markings on it if you're looking for super specific adjustment. I do wish there was a dial on the unit instead so you could just turn down the turbine speed instead of choking it off at the hose, no biggie, majority will be running it flat out anyway. I would absolute buy this unit again, same with the phenomenal spray gun. I have been looking at one of the Apollo turbine units, but ONLY because of the ability to have a digitally controlled turbine/psi adjustment. This little Fuji is fantastic. Okay, so I wasn't as short on the review as I thought lol. I couldn't help it, I really really really like this unit. I know a number of other people doing liquid wraps that are now using these units as well. The price is awesome and the quality is amazing.

Tips for using with 3M PPS 2.0
Too many reviews talk about how to use this with the original 3M PPS system. The PPS 2.0 has a different set of parts, which I had to figure out the hard way. While you can still buy the 1.0 system, the 2.0 is supposed to have improvements. So what you need to make this work with the 2.0 system are an S2C adapter and the 26124 High Output cup. The 16124 cup does not fit 2.0 system lids. As of this writing, you cannot find the 26124 on amazon or anywhere except a couple of auto supply specialists online, so I called a local auto paint specialty store to order, and they had it available in one day for pickup. Even the 3M website does not even list this 26124 in all the general product descriptions that talk about the PPS system, but they have only created a listing for just the product itself, which is only useful if you know exactly what to look for. I had to call 3M to figure out what to even order. With the standard 3M cup you receive in the starter kits, it does not have a hose to attach. Apparently, the H/O cups are designed to apply a small amount of pressure to the disposable liner inside the hard cup (note that the bottom of the hard cup has about 1/2" of spacers on the bottom to give it space for air when starting with a full liner. The only bad thing I have to say about the 26124 is that is doesn't have volume markings on the cup like the standard one, which is quite a design oversight. So what I do is place the liner in the standard cup to measure paint, add the correct amount of water, then transfer the liner to the H/O cup carefully. While the liner is flexible, the rim is stiff enough to allow you to hold it without collapsing. You can squeeze the lid onto the liner before removing from the measuring cup. I did reuse the liners once or twice, so for almost a gallon of paint I used only two liners and one lid. As for the Fuji itself, I just started using it with Stix primer for painting trim and baseboards, and used almost a gallon for under 1000 sq ft. There are only two adjustments, flow control and spray pattern, and it takes a little practice to figure out how to work with them. The most useful tip I can offer is spend a few minutes reading the manual so you see how to get the proper finish. With the Stix primer and the 3M large cups, I measured 23 units for primer and added 4 units of water, and used the 1.8mm tips and needle. Regarding the tips/needle, if you are spraying latex or primer, you can't use the 1.3mm tip that comes with the Fuji. Also note that the needles look nearly identical, but only differ in shape towards the tip. If you get them mixed up, the tip won't work correctly with the mismatched part that receives the needle (when the trigger is closed, the needle should fill the hole.) Even after working with the system for almost 12 hours, it still kept spraying without issue. As a closed system, it seems to help keep paint from drying and clogging up the internals. It was not too hard to clean. The chrome exterior is very easy--the plastic parts took a little more scrubbing to clean up dried paint. I ran a liner full of water on full blast to clean out the internals, and removed and scrubbed the tip parts. Don't even think about using the 6' hose that comes with this. Buy the 25' hose and put the turbine in another room so the airborne paint doesn't ruin the turbine, as I have seen at least a couple of people mention can happen. It is also well worth the cost to buy the remote trigger, because if it is in another room, believe me you will want the convenience of that. (That remote trigger system can also be used to control anything that has a standard 120V plug, so it has more utility than just being used for this). The turbine runs hot, and it needs time to cool down occasionally. After seeing how this works, as the manual and others have said, this does not seem ideal for painting whole rooms, though I "might" try it on the widest setting with some cups of paint prefilled to swap in right away. But I do plan on using it to cut in unpainted edges and corners before rolling large sections, which is tedious with a small 4" roller. The best video I found on the tube which shows how to actually use this, as opposed to a generic introductory review, is called "Fuji Minimite 4 platinum". If you don't know if you need to spend money on a 4 series vs one of the lower priced models, then there are others around. But if you are spraying something thicker like latex, this is what you need, in addition to a 1.8mm or higher tip. Once I get some Cabinet Coat painted, I'll update the review with that experience, but I like how the primer went on.

Perfect machine!
I have been doing paint and body work for most of my life on automobiles. This Fuji Platinum spray unit is absolutely the best purchase I ever made delivers high quality results, easily and accurately every time. First time I used it I painted this car in my home garage for my daughter just to try it out and I could not believe the lack of overspray and the fine Finish It produced at such a low pressure. The atomization was beyond perfect

Easy to learn; impeccable quality
Have a small custom furniture business. In the past I've finished by hand. Given the time required to make a piece of furniture, the additional finishing time was not material. Been doing more re-finishing lately. When looking at the turned legs on a recent project, I was not thrilled with the amount of hand prep and finishing to be completed. Began investigating spray systems and soon realized that a system like this Fuji was not that expensive and seemed easy to use. Huh. For the table in the associated photo, it was a common honey brown maple with a lacquer finish. I sealed with GF Stain Blocker and top coated with GF White Poly. Flawless. For a first time sprayer. Whoopee! Previously, with my own furniture, I always rub-out after 20 days to achieve the perfect, almost Steinway piano surface. I may not even need to do that for this piece. If you're on the fence, just do it. Give yourself the time to practice. You'll surprise yourself. One last thing, I also added the 3M PPS 2.0 cup system. This reduces get ready/clean up considerably. Something to think about with PPS: I initially purchased the Large cup [28 oz]. I may use it occasionally but I like the Midi [13 oz] much better. Bonne chance!

Well built
I finally caved and spent the money on this. Went through 4 cheaper models(not fugi) and had to return them because they were garbage. Super happy with this so far. The finish and ease of use I was looking for. Save yourself some time and spend the money on a good quality sprayer like this one

So far so good!
I could tell when I received this unit that it was a quality bit of kit. Everything is well thought out, robust and the instructions are super clear. I also added the 6’ whip hose and a 1.8 mm cap set for spraying latex. So far I have just sprayed some water based poly and the results are fantastic. The mini- mite is the louder unit compared to the Q series but with the turbine the recommended 20-25 feet away from your spray area noise is really a non issue. The big test will be paining the cottage kitchen cabinets with a latex/ alkyd next month. I have no doubts that this unit will chug right through though as the 4 stage unit has tons of power. Would highly recommend for anybody from hobbyist to professional. I can’t wait to use it more!

Mini Mite 4
Mini Mite 4 - Gravity Fed Gun Purchased off Amazon.ca and shipped fast (which is why I ordered from there in the first place). Once recieved I was missing instruction manual, gun wrench and any type of cleaning kit. I reached out to Fuji to notify them of the mishap, they in turn mailed me the missing items. I also asked if they would throw in a 6' whip hose to compensate me for the time I spent having to leave the shop to go on the interent for instructions etc. But no joy. Great product regard less.

Highly recommend this product
We are very pleased with this hvlp spray system. There are many tutorials available to help master the prep, spray technique and cleaning steps. We have had excellent results painting on wood and metal so far. The powerful turbine handles thicker paint like latex and alkyd well. #fujispray
