Superior product compared to Duck
The film is substantially thicker then Duck product. The tape is much thicker as well. Altogether a far superior product

easy to install

not the same product anymore
I've used this product in the past and got multiple years use out of it. But this item split vertically when cut! Just cutting the bottom it split multiple times. Now I need TAPE to close that gap. And the split just went a foot, yes over one foot, up the sheet I would need for the next window. I wouldn't recommend until Frost King figures out how to make their product the way they used to. Poor quality.

Waste of money. No different than getting double tape and regular plastic cover from hardware store
This is not shrink wrap, so I have no idea what purpose the blowdryer serves. I used a blowdryer as directed and saw no discernable difference afterwards. The plastic film included is the same exact stuff as you can buy from any hardware store for $2 to cover furniture when doing renovations. The tape is just double tape. So there you go, $6 worth of product.

This product does the job well !!
Fast delivery. The windows are very strong therefore they hold up well. If you have drafts or cold coming from your windows, this shrink wrap is the answer. Also if you have a problem with the windows letting loose, you are shrinking them too much. Don't make them super tight !! I would recommend this product. The stronger windows can also be used more than one year if taken off carefully.

not the best but does its job
Not the best out there, I like to use the heavier thickness as we live in -30c to -40C temps. Works good enough, would love a 65 inch width. Tape was easy to use.

Super Produit - mais frais Douaniers non indiqués
Le produit est vraiment très solide et épais comparativement aux autres produits similaires, il se déchire pas si on a besoin de le décoller pour l’ajuster. Je suis vraiment contente de l’efficacité de ce produit. Cependant, il y a eu des frais douaniers de 26$ qui n’étaient pas indiqués lors de la commande. Ça aurait dû être indiqué que des frais supplémentaires seraient ajoutés au coût d’achat et de livraison.

damaged and opened package
The box was damaged and opened when received. The plastic sheet does not shrink when heated as it should. Already cut to sizes required so cannot return. Plastic is a good thickness.

SO DISAPPOINTING!
We have used insulating window film, of various brands, for the past 5 years on our sunroom windows. This was our worst experience to date! The film started to let loose after about 3 days. We tried putting more tape down and reattaching the film and then in a couple more days the film had let go in several other places. I would NOT recommend or buy this product again.

Plastic is fithy and the tape won't hold the dirty plastic in place
I am in Canada and it gets a wee bit chilly in the wintertime. I have been putting plastic on my windows for more than 30 years. Where I am currently the windows have shifted and won't lock to form a seal so I put on 2 or 3 layers of plastic to help mitigate this. This is the first (and last!) time I will buy this brand. The Duck brand was all sold out so I had no choice. Big mistake! The plastic itself is filthy and there is no way to correct this before placing it. The first layer of plastic has now divorced itself from the adhesive and I am feeling the drafts again. I am disabled. It is painful for me to do my windows and now I have to do it all over with cold window frames. I will be asking for my money back. It is ridiculous that I have to go through this extra effort because the company doesn't seem to have put forth any effort. Hugely unimpressed!
