Great help!

I twisted my leg awhile back & have been struggling to get on & off the loo, so went in search of an aid. Read about this one & thought I'd give it a try. It's worked out great. I've had it 2 wks & I'm very pleased. Prior to this we were using one w a toilet seat attached, which wasn't wide enough to get a good wipe job & I thought was just nasty to clean. This one is plenty wide & I can easily move it out of the way to clean. No yuk gets on it either due to the design! I like this bc it has a double bar in the bottom front, plus double legs on both sides to give it more stability than others I looked at. I plan to buy another one for our other bathroom.

I didn’t fall

Rented apt with very low toilet-didn’t know until lease signed I ve lived there before in a different unit. I had no trouble. True I was younger . Hard to get up with out help from this thing. I had help to assemble. She said directions were easy. I love this handy helper v

Extremely well built! Solid heavy construction.

I had a toilet rail from drleonards.com that finally broke (one of the arm welding came apart). I got this one and was ecstatic that it was built much sturdier and easier to assemble. It goes together with screws with handles on the top that you just twist to insert. No screwdriver needed. The only negative I had was that it was 5" narrower from arm to arm so for me it was a tight fit but doable. Then I read the comment about switching the arms, and now I've got plenty of room! Dr. Leonard's/Carol Wright sells cheap things. This one is quality through and through. I have no worries the arm is going to break any time soon. I am 5'4" and while I can't grasp it in the middle of the handle (too far back) to get up or down, it doesn't tip if I only use the front of the handle and still has enough support for me.

Good Toiler Safety Support

This device was a lifesaver both before and after I had hip replacement surgery. The support fit well around our toilet and helped me to sit down, but more importantly it made it possible for me to get up again. I'm keeping the support in case my other hip needs to be replaced.

As advertised

Fairly easy to assemble. Works as advertised. I bought it to replace one that I had for several years.

Great for temporary handicapped situations.

Family member had fractured the foot and this was great immediate help. Has a small foot print and does not occupy too much space around sit. I would still recommend installing permanent handle bar for long term disabilities.

Works great

This product was easy to assemble. It is perfect to use in any bathroom. Does not interfere with regular use for anyone. Large enough to give you room on either side, unlike some similar models. Recommend highly

Easy to assemble and sturdy enough to do the job

Easy to assemble and sturdy enough to do the job. One drawback is the instability. It can slide from side to side when the person is getting up so I am planning on using some kind of blocks between the base of the toilet and the side railings base. If it had some type of additional bars that were adjustable to do that would be the only thing that would make it a 5 star for me. Height to the rails are not adjustable either, but they were the right height for my mom to use , which was why decided on this one.
