Not exactly as pictured or as described.

At first, it felt a bit silly buying a tablespoon just for our coffee, but I was tired of having the tablespoon missing from one of my measuring spoon sets. Plus, I wanted something with a long handle that could reach the bottom of the coffee bag. I thought I'd be able to hang this coffee scoop on a hook next to our coffee maker, but the one you receive isn't actually the same scoop as in the main product image. I have uploaded a photo of what you really receive. Measuring against my other tablespoon measures, this 1 Tbsp coffee scoop actually measures a bit more than a tablespoon. Using water, I've measured it exactly as 1 Tbsp PLUS 1/2 tsp. I suppose this is fine for a coffee scoop since people usually use a "rounded tablespoon" when measuring out their coffee. Also, it came with a pitted scratch on the side, so, not entirely pleased with this purchase.

PERFECT scoop

We actually use this for our Instant Breakfast powder that we put in our children's milk cups. We have tried like a half-dozen different scoops before we finally found this one that works! We love it! Others had too short of a handle (we were always digging trying to find them) and others were heavy with awkward scoop sizes. This is the perfect weight and allows you to feel like the scoop part is balanced with the handle. It washes up great in the dishwasher. I need to buy several of these so I know it will always be available. If you need a 1 Tablespoon scoop, GET THIS ONE!!!

Good scoop for perfect sized cake pops

I bought this scoop as I'd read on various websites that it's the best way to get perfectly sized cake pops each and everytime. Being a novice cake pop maker, I didn't really know what to expect and it is actually perfect for consistent cake pops. Just fill the scoop level with cake mixture and then roll into a perfect round ball. Scoop has a decent feel to it, it doesn't feel flimsy. As another reviewer has mentioned here, the scoop does not have the hole at the end of the handle like in the picture. Mine had no hole in it.

Fox Run Coffee Scoop, 1 Tablespoon

The coffee scoop has a nice heft to it, but the coffee granules tend not to disengage all that readily from the inside of the scoop. This was to be a Xmas gift but did not arrive till several days after the holiday, despite my having paid for fast delivery. But on the whole, it's a good product, and I'm happy to have purchased it.

Must Have for the Keurig My Cup

This is the ideal coffee scoop for anyone using a Keurig Coffee Maker and the Keurig My K Cup for your own coffee. The scoop is slightly smaller than the My K Cup filter, which makes it easy to put the coffee in it without spilling it. I use two scoops and then use the rounded bottom to press down the coffee which ensures that the Keurig does not run over. You can then use the rounded end to tap the bottom of the filter to empty the grounds.

Many uses

I don't use this for coffee; I use it to scoop the soap for my laundry. I make my own soap now with Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda & Borax (just under 1 scoop each), and 1/2 scoop of grated Dr. Bronner's lavender castille soap. I measure all 3 things with this scoop and it's perfect for what I need. Long enough handle, sturdy - great buy.

Good Tablespoon

I use it to scoop coffee, with something a little classier than the plastic scoop that comes with some coffee containers. It's more accurate than the cup setting on my Burr grinder, so I can be more exact. Other than that it performs exactly as you would expect a metal spoon to perform. It's shiny and it scoops things. That's worth five stars.

A great coffee scoop

I have always wanted a coffee scoop. When I saw this one it was a "no brainer". It's perfect and I can now retire my tablespoon back to the silverware drawer where it belongs. It arrives quickly as usual. I am an Amazon customer for life!
