Game changer but some legit cons to this.
Our Great Pyrenees/cattle dog mutt/several other breeds would get giant snowballs stuck to her fur and it was difficult to remove them. It would cause her irritation and matting. These snow pants have almost completely taken care of that issue. She can now roam in foot deep snow and only have a few small snow balls. We also love that when the roads get dirty her undercarriage stays clean. We get stopped on the street daily because people want to know where we got it or just to take a picture. The cons to this product though might effect your purchase. First off, the Velcro is not the highest quality. Once snow gets on them they have a tendency to not stay latched anymore. We also wish they were more waterproof. Even though it keeps her more clean, when we come home she’s still wet and requires a lot of towel drying. Lastly, be careful of where the back is placed, our pups got some chaffing on the inside of her thigh. We would absolutely purchase this again when her current one wears out but some of the cons to this item can be frustrating.

The red color is not red but maroon.
I don't understand why the vendor charges more for the maroon color ( it's not red as advertised) when the black and gray are much less expensive by $17-20 dollars. I think that's ridiculous given they're the exact same product. I sent the maroon color back and bought the black. I didn't like the black color at all and sent them back too. If the maroon were the same price as the black and gray pair I would have settled for the maroon color BUT it's more expensive for the exact same product and that just doesn't sway or convince me to spend more money. It does just the opposite i.e.; I walked away instead based on principal. It's the Consumer's choice to overpay or not. I chose not to. What will you decide?

Does what it's supposed to do
I got fed up with giving my dog a bath everytime I came home from a muddy walk. I ordered these pants after reading positive reviews and on our first walk, found out that they do exactly what I needed. You can see in the photo how wet it was that day but other than her paws (could've put on boots but that would look really over the top) when we got home she was completely clean and it was minimal cleanup on the exposed parts ( private areas ). A little pricey but what pet product isn't. The important thing is that it works. Let's face it the dog is not embarassed as much as the owner but I also have much less clean up!

Party pants work pretty well
The media could not be loaded. These party pants work pretty well. They fit surprising well on my 120lb Great Pyrenees (2XL). It took him about 2-3 minutes to get comfortable but then he was completely fine running around in the pants. After walks he typically is covered in mud and these pants kept him somewhat cleaner. He runs off leash through the woods and through creeks. The pants kept a lot of the mud off of his long hair. They are pretty easy to put on. The adjustment straps keep the pants in place. I gave 4 stars because I’d like to see the back and stomach cover a little more. The straps at the bottom of the legs need to be tight so that the dog’s paw doesn’t go up inside the pant leg. If you are leash walking your dog these would probably keep most if not all the mud off the dog, my guy is a little extreme with how dirty and muddy he gets.

These work in cold weather
Amazing for the snow! I got these when I was in Colorado way up in the mountains. Super easy to get on. Follow the measurements (from base of neck to start of tail and then around the thickest part of the belly) and you will get your size you need. It may not fit PERFECTLY but you can adjust the straps and I use a winter jacket and instead of putting the pants on first, I put the pants on over the coat and it helps. My baby boys legs start to freeze in cold weather and he starts to limp and these are so lovely to have. The help keep his legs warmer. They may not be thermal but they do the job and this is coming from someone who was 8500 feet above elevation with a dog sensitive to extreme weather.

Amazing! Helps Reduce Mud
These have drastically cut down on the mud being tracked through our house when the dogs come in, would definitely recommend!!

This is really useful product to keep my dog dry
I have a long coated German shepherd. So I bought this to keep his belly and legs dry on the raining days. This is also useful for the snowing days.

Great little snowsuit
Needed something simple that’s easy to put on my wheaten terrier when she goes out for a potty after after a snowstorm. The snow sticks to her fur and this prevents that from happening on her legs and undercarriage. The plastic buckles are ok but maybe will be the first thing to ware out.

Hilarious
These dog pants are literally the funniest thing I've ever seen, and they look absolutely ridiculous. That being said, I have a full coated 8 month old Old English Sheepdog, and going anywhere with him in the rain is just the worst. While the sizing said XL for an old English sheepdog, mine is already quite tall and only 65lbs. His front legs measure about 12" right now. Thinking ahead to when he's going to be mature, full grown, and still in full coat I actually opted for the XXL instead. I love the fit on it, because even with the XXL I am able to tighten it to a point where his butt is full exposed for doing #2, and the cut out for his boy bits is the perfect length and tightness against his body so that it is in no danger of getting the suit covered in pee. The leg length is perfect as well, and I'm so happy these aren't lined because my dog gets hot very quickly and any additional lining would be terrible. He moves very well in these pants. And I've just bought a raincoat to go overtop when it's actually raining. This is going to be a game changer for walking him in the snow, slush and after heavy rains. I really hope it holds up better than the pictures shown by other reviewers, and will be changing my review if mine suffer the same rips and seam weakness. But right now, very happy with these pants!

when we got told by our dog walker even ebfore taking it out of the packagae that its badly designed, she pointe dout that the under carriage near the groin is open and would mean as soon as it goes for a dip in the mud or water, the whole point of the dog wearing this would be pointless.

XXL Fit's a Great Dane!
The media could not be loaded. The product overall is great. It's thin track suit material. XXL fit my 6 year old Great Dane perfectly with plenty straps left to extend if needed. This item is perfect for rainy weather or slush. If you put a onesie on and put this over it would be fantastic for winter adventures. The price is slightly high for this product 50$. Ok product!
Initially I really thought I was going to like this splashsuit. I had ordered a bunch and couldn’t get the right fit for our mini golden doodle. I loved the Velcro ankle straps and loved that they said it was waterproof. Our doodle gets really bad snowballs and I find it really tough to keep her dry during the winter. Today was our first day out w the foufou! Here are my thoughts! -definitely NOT waterproof. She came back soaked. I would say in the spring or muddy walks would keep them from getting muddy but don’t expect this to keep your pooch dry. I really wanted this to be waterproof. -overall good fit! -in the snow the Velcro doesn’t work/hold well due to the ice getting in between the notches. Not the manufacturer’s fault. But good to note. -pricey for what it is. -love the clips over the back to keep it adjustable. I have a separate raincoat I will use on wet days. -reflective material is good. Not sure how long it will last though as it seems like it is a press on and not a separate material. -paired w mutluk booties to keep her legs covered. Again. Her legs were soaked when we got home. Overall I would maybe buy it again. But would be included to find something cheaper to do the same job!
