Used to remove rust from SUV Hitch mounts

Was installing a 2" OEM hitch to my SUV and my 8 year old SUV had a lot of rust in the mounting holes. I had to use this and WD40 to get rid of the NYC rust so the bolt could thread in. Since there was a good layer of rust, I needed one brush for two holes, so I ended up buying three brushes.

It was exactly what it said it was

These brushes usually last several repairs and then they wear out. So I was glad to find one reasonable that was delivered to my house I didn't have to go pick up a hardware store

Not Made in USA

It is actually made in China so the picture is intentionally misleading. I chose this over other brushes because it said "Made in USA" and because I want to support our workers whenever I can. With that said, it's a wire brush so it will work no matter where or who made it.

Perfect for cleaning and clearing Nuts

Sturdy construction of steel and plastic. Comfortable handle helps with twisting the steel bristles when cleaning the threads of nuts which are clogged with dirt or rust. Usage will determine value for money.

The handle is well shaped for easy turning action

I bought this brush to clean the threads on the water heater for my RV. It fits just right into the opening and the bristles are stiff enough to really scrub away at the rust and mineral deposits. The handle is well shaped for easy turning action. The bristles held up well without mashing down like the toothbrush shaped wire brushes tend to do. Super fast shipping too.

Somewhat worked

I used this brush for cleaning out a Moen shower valve. It worked but many of the bristles bent and not very strong

Item delivered is green handle without any size label. Says Carbon steel, made is USA. But product delivered says stainless steel made in China.
