Was looking for something to cut petit fours that was not too small (which means, they're probably not really petit fours--medi fours??). This is just the right size for what I wanted. It is substantial and doesn't look like I could bend it out of shape unless I stomped on it--hard! it's definitely heavy stainless steel and there are no seams to break loose (as was a complaint with some other brands I looked at). No sharp edges to hurt my hand as I use it, but sharp enough to cut through cake and fondant. It's also tall enough to go through a typical layer of baked cake. Very happy.

Great for stacking on the plate !
I like playing with different geometric shapes . I also have the pyramid and 3 different size round . Always lots of fun to do different and creative things with food

Needs to be sharper
Problem with sharpness. Used to cut cake and had problems with it smashing rather than cutting. Very sturdy and well made just needs to be sharper.

just what i expected them to be...they're heavy little buggars too. so far we've baked over 100 crab cakes with them at 500 degrees, no bending, no burning, excellent.
