Great Scissors 4 the Price...

OOPS, I almost forgot to mention, I Love the RED Color! I purchased 3 different sizes of these scissors back in 2019 and all 3 are still good use and still sharp. One question I asked prior to making the purchase was if anyone including Scotch could tell me the actual 'Cutting Blade Length' for each of the 6", 7" and the 8" but no one ever answered my question. So for anyone out there who is wondering about the actual 'Cutting Edge Lengths' of these scissors, here we go: The 6" Scissor has 2-1/8" cutting blades, the 7" Scissor has a 3-1/4" cutting blades, and the 8" Scissor have cutting blades of right-under 4-1/4" cutting blades. Even though I didn't get an answer on cutting lengths, I decided to place my order here on Amazon since they were priced well below any of my local stores. I wouldn't recommend using these for any heavy cardboard or any other heavy duty materials. For heavy duty materials, your best bet is to buy one of Mundial Brazil Scissors, I have a 3-different Mundial Brazil sized scissors (they're 'All-Metal') as they're Strong and Long lasting (I've had mine for no less than 22-years and they're still fantastic). My favorite one out of the three is the 'Mundial Brazil 2D' as they fits my hand perfectly and does a great job on heavier materials other than paper.

Yep it’s a pair of scissors.

What can I say, they seem to hold an edge well, they are stainless or coated/treated as they don’t rust. And they cut things that need cutting. I own two pairs. And will buy another one when the blades gets too dull. Great little scissors.

Cheap plastic

I have always always believed in this company and there very good product. I don’t know what happened to the quality of this company but the scissors feel like they are going to break in your hand every time you try to cut one piece of paper. I am so disappointed that this company has gone to this level and I will never purchase another product from This company,. I am so surprised of how long they may quality products to go to this level, it’s not worth getting hurt by using the scissors.

Not for neurosurgery, but good for cutting other things

Scissors are amazing household item, it's an inanimate object yet it seems to travel mysteriously all over the house and then hide itself. It usually accomplishes this feat just minutes before you need to use it. With this in mind, I decided to order a couple of these Scotch household scissors. There was a range of scissors priced from two dollars up to about $25. now I didn't need a $25 pair to do neurosurgery, nor did I want to buy a dull bar of metal for two bucks. I decided to order these because they were standard 8 inch size, they were for both left and righthanders, myself and my wife, and they were designed for general household use, just what I needed. The handle is comfortable, the blade is straight and true, and the edges sharp. Obviously it had no problems cutting paper, but also did well on some thin poster board as well. I would not recommend using them on heavy cardboard too much as they would probably dull quite rapidly. Use as a general household scissor cutting paper and thin cardboard should allow this scissors to last quite a while. It seems durable and well made. The hinge is protected by plastic buttons so it will not snag if you're cutting cloth or other materials. I like them and will give them a four star rating and recommend them for your next purchase of scissors.

Cheap and Sharp!

These were so cheap it's hard to go wrong. I needed some scissors for cutting single sheets of paper now and again and these fit the bill just fine. They're not comfortable or heavy duty, so if you're crafting or using them every day I'd go up a level. But they're straight, tight, super sharp, and not at all bulky. The red matches my stapler just right.

Feels like some cheap old toy scissors but they cut good

I like the way they could they're pretty sharp I dislike the fact that the handles is very very cheaply thin plastic that don't feel like nothing but a fake toy but for a dollar something what do you expect get what you pay for in this case it's true not always but this case it is peace out y'all hope it helped

Muy buenas! Son muy filosas y duraderas. Tengo un negocio de macramé y tengo muchos pares de tijeras de diferentes tamaños y me he dado cuenta que siempre terminó utilizando éstas tijeritas: son mi par preferido de tijeras pequeñas!

Qualidade e preço bons, ergonomia ruim

A tesoura é de uma boa marca, tem um bom preço e tem uma lâmina que parece ser de ótima qualidade. Porém, a forma do cabo é mal projetada, deixando o polegar numa posição muito desconfortável em relação aos dedos. Ele também é reto com respeito à lâmina, caso fosse levemente angulado a posição de corte seria mais confortável tb.

I kept cheaping out and buying dollar store brand scissors that wouldn't cut through anything, it was so frustrating. These scissors rock! If you need a good pair, buy these!
