Small game birds

Been using these to process quail and chickens and they work great, very sharp and smooth.

This is my second pair. First pair is about five years old. I used them for kitchen shears and hunting. Only reason I replaced them is so I could add the old ones to my hunting bag full time. After several years of dishwasher abuse the camo started coming off the handles but other than that they’re still going strong. These have held up to serious use. From cutting squirrel legs to salmon fillets to my kids using them for school projects. I doubt I ever buy a different pair. They’re worth three times the price.

Great sheers- okay case

I use this almost exclusively for dressing squirrels. Snip, snip and pull:). Go to YouTube if you don’t get it. Overall this is a great game sheers, price aside. For the price they are outstanding. The most important part is the ability to break the sheers down for cleaning. They come apart and go back together super easy. The only reason for 4 stars is the case. It is a okay case, but could be nicer. Probably won’t last as long as the sheers, but for the price I really cannot complain.

elegant shears that are easy to use

These are simple, elegant shears that are easy to use, are sharp, and have no trouble cutting through skin as well as bone. I like that the blades can be separated for cleaning, yet never fall apart during the cutting process. Great quality at any price. I couldn't be more pleased. I bought a $25 pair of Japanese shears at the local hardware store but returned them when I found out they tend to rust. These Camillus game shears are made from titanium steel. I like the notch for bone cutting. I bought a scissors sharpener at the same time, but don't anticipate I will need it for these blades for quite a while yet. I like that there is no spring to replace. One headache less to worry about.

Sharp and easy to clean

These are a decent pair of game shears when new but the handles do become loose. After about a season the handles have became loose enough that the tip of the shears no longer close all the way. I have used these for two seasons now and will probably get one more season out of them before I need to replace them.

Great, for a short while.

These were extremely easy to clean, which was great. They cut well and did their job, but the handles do feel a little flimsy so I was anticipating that they would break long before the metal would. I was wrong! I’ve had two pair of these since July 27, 2019 (just under 3 months) and each pair has processed roughly 100 quail that we raise. If you don’t process more than a handful of birds, or just want something cheap so you don’t cry when you lose it, these are perfect. But for anything more, your money is probably best spent on a higher quality pair of game bird shears. Would have liked to have seen them last 6 months for the price.

So far these are fine. I got them for processing squirrels and they work, although it's not as easy to cut off feet as you would think. They work very well for splitting the pelvis on one. I like the way they come apart for cleaning, and as much as I love carbon steel knives, I appreciate the stainless blades.

Game shears cut through small bones like butter

These shears are great for processing small game. They make quick work of rabbits and squirrels, and have a lot of applications beyond just small game. The sharp blades go through small bones and joints like they're nothing, and the two-piece design makes it a snap to take them apart and thoroughly clean the shears.

Amazing shears

These are absolutely amazing shears! I have only used them for rabbits, but they cut through they're feet like butter. Really quick and clean cuts too. Cleaning and storage is easy, and I haven't had to sharpen them (probably won't have to for a long time).

ya ha unos meses que buscava una tijera para mi buschcraft pack... esta és muy buena... calidad de construcion... precio...bolsa de transporte... no muy pesada... perfeita! la recomendo a todos que procurem una tijera para el campo... acampada... caza...pesca...

料理ばさみって衛生的にどうだろう？という所があって、分解できるのはうれしいです。また、外で使おうとしているのでケース付きが二重丸。ただ、少し値段の上下が激しすぎるかな？はさみって消耗品なので、あまり上下すると困る。
