What I needed

I needed only this tube to fix a toilet issue. To get it from Lowe’s I had to buy the whole water supply thing by Fluidmaster at lowes for $8.50. I believe I paid $1.25 and it shipped free.

Useful for replacing hose on Kohler toilets, too

I have Kohler equipment (Gp1083167 Silent Fill Valve Kit and 1069722 3" Toilet Canister Flush Valve Kit). The original hose started becoming hardened at the attachment points, and since it was cut way too flush, this cause the hose to dislodge frequently. This Fluidmaster hose is very similar... not exactly the same, but it is close enough that it works great as a replacement. I was able to use a good pair of scissors to clip the hose down to the right length (with a little bit more slack to give than the original installation) and attach it securely on both ends. Great $2 fix.

Fits Koehler toilets

Used this as a replacement since the original tube was cut too small from the mfg & kept on popping off. This part fit good and doesn’t pop off. . I just had to cut the length down.

Perfect for Kohler toilets

Perfect for our Kohler toilets. The original Kohler tubing was too short and became brittle over time often causing it to become unattached.

Fixed my leaking tank

I have no plumbing experience, just a home owner that didn't want to get robbed by a plumber for what could be a simple fix. After doing some research online I found out that leaking tanks are most likely caused by the fill valve . After removing the lid to both my toilets I noticed that the rubber tube was dislodged from the both the valve overflow tube and was deteriorated. After I did more research I figured out that I needed a refill tube. I looked for the part in two hardware chains near my house, but none had the part. So I ordered it here. I got this overnight with prime. I fitted it on, and needed to trim 1.5 inches off, which was easily done with a pair of scissors. It was less than $2 and 2 minutes to fix my toilet with some research. Who knows what a plumber would have told me needed to be repaired and what they would have charged. Thank you YouTube and Amazon.
