Product not exactly as pictured
Summary: Nice product, well packaged, and easy to assemble. I just wish it would have matched the pictures exactly. Instead, they've made changes and haven't updated the pictures. Pros: Came well packaged, no issues with the glass. Dimensions exactly as described, and easy to assemble. I called the customer service line (thinking they sent 8 top brackets instead of the 4 bottom and 4 top pictured in the instructions) and they answered right away, no hold time and no annoying phone menu to have to get through. Cons: Product has had changed made to it and pictured are not up to date. First, the instructions say there should be 4 top brackets and 4 bottom brackets with a black silicon cylinder attached which the glass rests on. I only received 8 top brackets. I called the customer service line and was told the manufacturer now only sends out 8 too brackets and doesn't make bottom brackets anymore, so they are all now interchangeable. Other reviewers have documented this, but it's weird the manufacturer instructions so say there should be distinct top/bottom brackets is that's not the case. Along the same line, in the pictures for this product it shows a clear silicon 'foot' which goes on the bottom bracket upon which the glass rests on your firetanle. One of their product pictures is a zoom-in of this. That also doesn't exist. The glass brackets test directly on the fire table, no padding, spacer, cushion, etc. Second, the pictures show that the words "Caution: Hot Surface" are non-obtrusive and are etched and/or white font printed on the glass, printed on every pane of glass. They're actually bold, black font printed at the top of the glass, so when sitting by the firepit you're staring right at the words. So, nice product but NOT what advertised. Several small differences. Pictures attached for review.

Great product!!
This is PERFECT for our fire pit!! Sturdy, well made and they have a FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! When it arrived 2 of the corner brackets were bent and we couldn’t put it together. Emailed customer service, responded the next day and I had 2 replacements in my hand 3 days later!!! Can’t ask for anything better!

Great purchase. Excellent price
Great product! Fast shipping, secure packaging. We purchased 2 of these for our fire pillars, they were easy to assemble and handle the heat well. We installed an 18" burner in the center and it is an awesome upgrade to our pool area. We're still debating on the black lava rock or the white sand / clear glass application.

Perfect accessory for fire pit!
We wouldn't have known this existed had it not been for a prior review with photo on Amazon. So glad we purchased this - easy to assemble and perfect fit around the glass top fire pit we purchased. Helps on a windy day/night to keep the fire from blowing all over and enhances the look and ambiance of the fire pit. Rubber "feet" on all four corners prevents scratching - easy lift on and off. Definitely an enhancement!

Perfect size, very nice looking wind block
Product is exactly what we needed. we have a bit of a wind tunnel in our backyard and the gas fire table was not being used to the fullest extent. the glass blocks the wind well allowing us to enjoy our fire. it does keep the heat in a bit, but that is fine, this is more for ambiance than it is heat. very simple to assemble. it even came with a small screw driver.

The fire pit wind guard has a big black “caution” sign painted on the glass. Tried goo gone, contractors solvent etc… nothing took that paint/film off. It’s really ugly and should be disclosed in the description of the item.

Missing Parts and Item Not As Advertised
Items comes really well packed. 1st issue is that each piece of glass has a painted decal in it, right in the field of the flame stating "Caution:Hot Surface"? Ridiculous and if anything, should be placed at bottom. Razor may take it off? 2nd issue, it came with 8 identical corner fittings, not 4 upper and 4 lower? So, do I send back or wait for company to send the correct items, and I spend the time scratching off heat warning? Wasted time on a product not packed properly and marketed properly!! Two big pet peaves....

Useless
First of all the parts included did not match the instructions sheet , all legs are the same Without rubber feet (which is not included) the assembly easily slides As far as blocking the wind , it did a poor job doing nothing . All it did was making a sure the flames did not touch any objects around the table Regret it, I will keep it for the next few day and most likely will end up returning. Does not worth the 100+ $

Great wind guard
Exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Although the picture doesn’t show the “caution hot surface” warning, it’s not really that noticeable or bothersome (for me anyways). All 8 of the pieces to hold the corners are identical, so don’t waste time looking for a top or bottom piece….they’re all the same. That being said, very easy and quick to put together. Good height to block the wind, looking forward to using it all summer!
