Exceeded expectations

This is one of the best straighteners I have ever had. It straightens completely without any damage quickly. I have thick hair and very rarely find good straighteners. This one is one of the best.

Does what it says.

I love it and would highly recommend it. My hair which is frizzy naturally turns out beautifully. No steam comes from the iron or my hair. When it is humid my hair stays nice and flat. I use a little bit of redkin velvet 07gel the night before and lightly spray some baby bliss thermo shine spray and thoroughly comb through. I first saw it in the mall. I didn’t purchase it there because they said they wouldn’t take it back if I wasn’t happy and I knew Amazon would. I have a number of flat irons that I was told wouldn’t burn my hair, but did. This one makes my hair just the way I want it.

A very good tool for everyday use

I love the Sutra iron. It’s so easy to use and now I can get professional hair at home by myself. The best part is it’s dual voltage so I am able to use the iron for International travel and get the look I want even on the road.

Not cheap but worth the money

This is a great iron for all hair types. I have thick hair and my daughters all have different textures and this works well for all of them. The plates allow the hair to glide smoothly without getting stuck or pulling. I really like the rounded sides as opposed to a squared edge like normal straightening irons. The round edge makes curling easy and fast and the heat settings allow the curl to retain for a long period time. Hair still has curl after sleeping on it. It also heats up extremely fast. I would highly recommend this over any other iron, especially if your goal is to get curls. The others are cheaper but if it doesn't work, as has been my experience, than it's a waste of money. If you can get over the initial cost, it's worth it. *Before and after picture attached of one of my girls. Her hair is a bit finer. Took 10 minutes to curl with this iron.

A revelation!

My hair stylist recommended. I tossed my expensive T3 iron (that I thought was so good) for the Sutra which is light years better! Heats up incredibly fast. One pass on your hair & it’s straight & shiny. The cord is commercial grade. (My other iron had a cord that actually melted when the iron would accidentally hit it.) So easy to use. I thought the instructions were missing as my other iron was so complicated to set temperature, it actually needed instructions. The Sutra is on/off & raise/lower temperature buttons. Highly recommended!

This Sultra flat iron is worth its weight in gold! You can’t do without it!

I bought my first Sultra flat iron 10 years ago and it still works but it was not good on my hair. When I saw this one on Amazon, I had to try it. My hair looked like my hairdresser just finished my hair. I was blown away! This is my first day of using it. It only took two days to arrive. The flat iron was neatly packaged in the box and container. The other one I bought, turned out to be used. I was so excited when my flat iron arrived today. It took me half the time to fix my hair and it was very lightweight, compared to my other Sultra. What an amazing product! It is worth every penny! If you are looking for a flat or curling iron, I highly suggest this one! ????????????????????

Stopped working after 1 month

Really sad how it seemed like a good product but has stopped working after a month. Doesn’t turn on you gotta try for minutes on end and turns on if you’re lucky, then cannot adjust temp control Don’t waste money on this!
