Stupid Simple & Just Works!
This thing is great. An amazing value as compared to many other similar products simply meant to hold your tape measure and not wear out your pants pockets. It sits securely on your belt or pant waist and the tape measure slides in/out of the holder with ease. Retention on a belt is better than just pant waist or pocket. The integrated pencil holder and sharpener work very well. A bonus is that it could be mounted to a wall or bench if you needed a tape holder there. As compared to the many other similar products out there at significantly greater cost this is a winner.

Works for me!
There's a lot of negative reviews on this and I don't doubt their sincerity. You also see a lot of positive reviews. I can see both sides, it really depends on your expectations. I didn't know what to expect for hardly more than $2 - think about that people - hardly more than $2! There are other products for five times that amount. I think it's a great value at that price point. You can feel by the material and the design that it probably has a good possibility of breaking if "stretched" too far in a certain direction which I think probably some of the reviewers must have done. I've been pretty careful not extending the clip too much. It's just a plastic extension that if bent "open" too much could probably easily break. Once it's on your belt it stays on extremely well. The tape clips on and comes off very easily which is the whole point. I've seen comments in the reviews about the pencil holder, probably a lot of truth in most of them. For example, the rubber/plastic flange that holds the pencil sort definitely has a memory so if routinely go from a small pencil to a large pencil (and back again) the small pencil will eventually not hold. Contrary to what some have written, you CAN fit a carpenter pencil in but granted, it's a tight fit and I wouldn't recommend it unless your practice is to use a short pencil stub. Reason being, with a standard pencil you can easily slide it as far in as you want so a longer pencil works fine. For a carpenter's pencil, it's so tight you'd only want to slide it in an inch or so and doing that would leave a long pencil sticking up. Overall, I'd say this does a great job. Appreciate its value and recognize its weak spots. If you're really looking for a model that you're going to pass down to your kids, prepare to spend $10, $20, or even $40! For two bucks I'm really happy with it.

Best if mounting to work bench or similar application.
I bought because it was cheap and worth the gamble. I have a tape holder but it does not retain the tape when you take you belt off. The tape just falls out. With that being said, with these holders, every time you pull the tape out, the holder comes with it. So you need two hands to remove the tape. Very annoying. Plus if you have any belly fat the top digs into you when you bend over. The plus side is cheap enough save the trip to UPS.

handy
easy to use, sturdy, holds a carpenter's pencil or a regular round pencil. But you have to choose which one. After you put a carpenter's pencil in, the flaps fold down and stay there, so you no longer can carry a round small pencil.

Great accessory.
If you carry a tape around all the time this will save the wear on your pocket. It hangs loose so you can’t run with it, but I love the pencil holder and pencil sharpener built-in.

Just a little easy !!!
The clip makes a little easier to keep your tape around your belt, I like the sharpener, the design is good, the idea is good but the materials not so much. I will pay more if the company improve the material.

Flimsy
Very flimsy, what I can say is that the ideas are there but the materials are very flimsy. The idea of the pencil sharpener is great, the pencil holder is another great idea, the tape measure holders is wide enough to slip in and out. However, the belt clip holds onto the belt but if I yank the tape measure a little hard the whole kits comes with it. It really frustrating when the whole idea is great but the delivery is bad just because the belt clip is too flimsy and doesn't stay put. I would give it a five star If they reinforce the clip area so that it doesn't cause frustration during my job. But as of now I'm kinda disappointed.

Useful accessory in the workplace
Used daily at work. I’ve purchased 2 of these now. Keeps my tape accessible whilst I have all my other tools hanging off my trouser pockets. Also hang my battery drills off of it when up a ladder so takes weight well. I don’t use the sharpener, as I use a mechanical pencil, but I found it useful to hold the pencil and keep it accessible up a ladder. My only complaint is the belt clip could do with being more sturdy, maybe even a solid loop, as after a while it loosens up, and pulls off my belt when I try and remove my tape.

Funcional, económico y funcional.
Es un producto que vale su precio, económico y práctico, solo que en mi caso tengo un flexo Milwakee de 8 ml. y su sujetador es fuerte, al meterlo al aditamento no hay problema, el problema es al sacarlo, si solo lo jalo, como debiera ser, este se viene con todo y se me safa el porta flexo del cinturon porque el clip del flexo es muy resistente y aprieta muy bien, tengo que sujetar con unos dedos el porta flexo y empujarlo hacia abajo y entonces jalar el flexo hacia arriba, una vez que le agarras el chiste todo bien, pero pienso que la sujeción del porta flex al cinturon debiera ser más fuerte, vale la pena por lo que cuesta y es muy ligero y sencillo de ocupar.

Práctico.
Ya he comprado varios productos de la marca, son buenos e invasores eso se agradece, este soporte de flexometro es muy práctico, te acostumbras rápido a usarlo, el sacapuntas es un buen detalle pero yo no lo uso, me gustaría que fuera más largo para que quedara más cerca de la mano, cuando te quitas el pantalón de trabajo y lo dejas puesto es seguro que se caiga el clip con el flexometro, llevo meses usándolo y me sigue pasando pero ya es porque no aprendo.

Excelente
Estoy satisfecho con el producto. Durante el horario de trabajo me coloco el FastCap y me permite rápidamente envonar mi cinta métrica, además de colocar el lápiz aunque recomiento que sea un tanto corto para no estorbar cuando uno se inclina. Le regalé uno ha mi hermano pero el problema con él es que es algo obeso y se le sale el broche por el cinturon que está muy estirado. En mi caso soy delgado y sin ningun problema.

La imagen no es lo que venden
Mal por amazon ya que en la foto el sacapuntas es de color rojo, y no viene mas q en color metal, ya doñs veces compre y viene el mismo color. Hay varios productos no corresponden a lo q promocionan. El clip no es tan seguro y realizas un movimiento un poco fuerte la cinta metrica se chispa. Ojala y amazon revise sus publicaciones
