Good trainer, but needs a little more support

We bought this for our daughter to train with and for the most part it has been great. Assembly was a bit more time consuming than anticipated, but they got it done in about an hour. The only issue we really have is that the piece of netting above the goal is not supported across the top, so the netting sags a bit. This results in a number of shots going over the net that really should not. We had to buy a piece of tubing from the local hardware store and weave it through the netting to provide better structure.

Great service.

Good, easy to assemble. Light for what it is. Hated stringing the net. Other than that great all around. Had the product for 1 week. So far does as advertised. Fence is no longer taking my bad aimed shots. Also....I received a lacrosse backstop instead of the hockey one. I was taken care of very well. Great service. Great attitude on phone. And a prompt pick up of wrong item. And prompt delivery of the original item I ordered. The best experience I've had for an error made and fixed.

I'd say the product seems fine, putting the sides together

I'd say the product seems fine, putting the sides together, easy, putting the top net, easy, putting the corner pockets, simple, putting the side nets, little confusing. Instructions are very basic. Not enough details and I could not find a YouTube video to help. So since 2 sides I separated the lacing string. Yeah you have to lace rope around thru the net. All together it took me about 1 hour. I am very mechanically inclined. If your not, it may get frustrating. I would still purchase this again as it will keep dents out of my toolbox and breaking stuff in my garage.

Does not work on 2 inch metal goals

This is a great product, but the bungee cords included do not work on a regulation, 2 inch post hockey goal. We bought our own bungee cords to connect it and it seems to hold up pretty well. I tried contacting the company for better bungee cords because the description says it works on all regulation size nets. No one ever got back to me so we bought our own and made it work. If you have a smaller net or get your own larger bungee cords, it works great to stop pucks.

great item for hockey practice

i dont type reviews. But... product and service great from company...My garage door never gets hit, siding on garage not getting cracked from boys shooting . thats all

Great product for any hockey player

Perfect for any hockey player that wants to practice at home. Large enough to catch those high pucks. We do have to weigh down the back or the wind will knock it over, but hasn't been a big deal.

Good quality but not that easily folded.

This product picture did not state that the goal was not included and though the title of product seemed clear, the description lead me to believe that the goal was included. Amazon apologized and gave me a credit/discount to get the goal as well which was very nice. The product (the goal) is advertised as being able to be easily folded which was a selling point. Not only is it not easy to fold, but once you put this backstop on, it is next to impossible or at the very least it is very time consuming. Overall the quality is really good with solid construction. Assembly was fairly easy as well.

Must buy!

Fits with the Beast hockey goal. It took some time to fasten the net. But overall an awesome purchase. I just wish we bought it sooner. The four corners is a great plus!!! My son has been out playing since we installed it.

Great add-on to protect 'rogue' shots

First the positives... this is a great product, that's equally well built and designed. I attached it to a Bauer net, and it fits super well. So why only 4 stars? The assembly instructions are horrible. Thankfully, I've assembled many nets in my day, and was able to figure things out on my own, but EZGoal needs a serious revamp of their assembly instructions. Outside of that, had the whole thing up in less than an hour, and so far love it!

... driveway for 6 months now and is still as good as new

This has sat on my driveway for 6 months now and is still as good as new. Very durable and easy to use/set up. Me and my 3 kids have gotten hours of use out of this so far!

Great but does not include goal net.

This is just the backstop not including the goal net. Thought I was getting both. Should be clearer on the description when you are not familiar with hockey terminology
