solid choice with some limitations
Okay I've used this thing almost daily for the last month+ so I thought I would leave a review for those who are wondering. TLDR: very fair vacuum for the price, a few minor annoyances, great attachments Pros: 1. The price for a stick vacuum with a 2and battery and useful attachments is very reasonable. 2. the attachements! We have hardwood floors downstairs, carpeted stairs, and a hall rug. The eufy can easily transition between all these things. I primarily keep the hard floors brush on as it's what I use most, but the brush roller works pretty well on my stairs and rug. The stairs have become a breeze to quickly vacuum. I really like the automated hand brush for my couch, and recently the flexible tubing came in super handy to vacuum some fridge drawer crumbs. 3. decent filters that can be cleaned. in fact, the whole thing is easy to take apart and wash up. the filters are a good part of what sets this one apart from the $100 vacuums 4. The backup battery. If I'm being thorough (floors, stairs, rug, couch and chair, kitchen chairs sometimes), I nearly always have to replace the battery. Our downstairs is probably a little under 1k sq ft. We use a different, more powerful vacuum upstairs because its fully carpeted. Anyways, the spare battery is one of the best things about this vacuum because children and cats are messy. It definitely holds a charge long enough to quickly do all the floors on one charge though. When one runs out I quickly slide off the spent battery, plug it in, and slide on the full battery and resume. 5. It works pretty well. Yes you can vacuum up cheerios with the regular floor attachment, though it might take a few passes. That's about the max size of what can be sucked up with the brush head... 6. I never realized how much I was missing out without vacuum lights???? 7. it is designed so you can set it up against/on a counter and it will stay there. -the front of the battery pack rests on top of a standard counter height. 8. easy to take apart and clean or unclog debris that are too big 9. decent docking station 10. feels pretty well made with one exception (see below) 11. my young boys like using it, especially when the main tube has been removed so it's their size, also its lightweight enough they can manage it 12. canister size is acceptable. you might need to empty it mid cleaning if you're doing a large area or have pets, but for regular quick cleanups you probably wont have to. okay and now the cons/annoyances: 1. you cant pick up very large things with it. the tube and vacuum head clearance space is larger than the connecting point to the canister. Also theres a 90° turn for things to go through a flap into the canister. For the most part, and general non child having people, this shouldn't be much of an issue. However I will 100% of the time 'go for it' to see if something will fit, so I partially bring this issue upon myself. If you have lots of cereal pieces (like cheerios for example) odds are you wont have an issue, but they might road block at the connecting point. you can tell when it happens and it simply requires removing the canister to unclog and/or dumping the vacuum body over the trash. Things that have gotten stuck in my vacuum include- too large chunk of dried playdoh, cereal traffic jam when I picked up too many too quickly, popcorn, a small piece of mulch, and a bread tie 2. the flap covering the canister to vacuum body connection point (inside the canister) is shaped kind of strangely and collects dust along its corners that must be cleaned out occasionally. Its shape and placement aids clogs in happening. I'm not sure if it's supposed to fully cover the entry hole, but it doesnt. I had a $20bissel that could handle, without clogging, all kinds of "bigger" things (including an occasional piece or two of pinestraw) that this one cant. 3. This obviously will be no match for an upright vacuum and thus stairs and rugs/other carpets should still have a more thorough deep cleaning every now and then. The high power function does a fair job but doesnt compare to full upright suction abilities and it sucks the battery. I have two cats and I find this fairly sufficient, but if you have animals that lose masses of long hair (ex. German shepards) I'd probably look elsewhere. In terms of power, It definitely is not as strong as a newer version dyson. It is probably on par with the older models like the 6 and 7. I cant say that with total accuracy though because I've not tested out those two dyson sticks in awhile or in my own home environment. Its sufficient for every day quick clean ups but it's not the end all be all. 4. The one area that feels, and has proven to be cheapish is the silver filter cover and other silver painted areas. The silver comes off or scratches easily. It wouldn't have been an issue for me except, while vacuuming the dust off the tops of my cabinets I scraped the ceiling with the unit (it's kind of long and theres not a lot of clearance) and now I have a silver streak on my ceiling????????. This isnt a deal breaker, but It is important to know the cons. The silver looks nice, but I'd have preferred the plastic to be totally silver or just kept white instead of painted. 5. for some people the fact the docking station itself doesnt charge might bother some people but it's a nonissue for us. 6. the trigger button does have a little bit of a plastic mold line/lip down the middle as some other reviews mentioned. Mine isnt too bad, but can be noticeable if I'm doing a lot of vacuuming. The trigger could definitely be improved by having a completely smooth button. Its not at all hard to pull back at least. 7. edge suction could be improved but again, it's a stick vac so it's not going to compete with something more powerful. Fortunately you can pop off the roller head attachment and just use the tube along floor perimeters. 8. a crevice attachment and soft round dusting brush would have been nice to have, even if as an inexpensive add on option All in all I think it is a solid buy. For the price you get a very acceptable vacuum with extra battery power, and lots of easy quick to change, functionally designed attachments. It cannot handle larger items without clogging but is easy to clear. If you have reasonable expectations of stick vacuums and understand their limitations for convenience trade off, you should be pleased with this one. I am giving it a 4 star rating because there can be some improvements, but it's more of a 4.5 star when all things have been considered.

2 Batteries last long/Suction great/Easy clean roller/Light weight/Charging long/Max power is noisy
There are a few things I dislike about this vacuum. When it is on max power it is noisy and hurts my ears. I just leave it on the lower power. The batteries take a while to charge. You have to hold down the power button the whole time you are using the vacuum which is really annoying if you are vacuuming stairs or a lot of areas in your home. Finding the perfect stair vacuum attachment is hard I feel like none of them are perfect for this type of vacuuming. I don't like the roller attachment I feel like it is awkward using it. Doesn't really glide across the carpet. The other attachment I tried using on the stairs seems like it gets stuck and doesn't glide as well. The only attachment I really like is the thin one for small corners. For the most part this is a nice vacuum. It is easy to clean. I don't use the hose part that comes with it. I love that you can hang it up on the wall and it is completely organized and put away. The batteries last for a while when they are fully charged. It comes with 2 different rollers. The rollers come out so easily with a push of a button. I have never had a vacuum that is this easy to clean. With it being such a light weight makes it easier to move around while cleaning also. It does just glide over the carpet and hard wood floor. The light makes it nice for in dark corners and dark areas. It is so close to the floor and slim which is great for vacuum under the couches and any objects really. It was also easy to put together and figure out how to use. Once it is charged the lights turn off. When it is charging it lights up. The cord is easy able to plug in. I love that I can take apart the vacuum and clean smaller areas it is so much easier than a regular vacuum. Also, really easy to take the batteries out and switch them with a push of a button. Packaging was well done, and instructions was easy to follow. The smaller canister is nice and makes it easy to clean. If there is a clog it is easy to fix since the vacuum is not the big was so easy to figure out the issue quickly

Plugs up if there are any tree needles sucked up.
There are evergreens near me and somehow the needles get tracked or blown into the house. The Eufy gets completely plugged at the entrance to the canister and isn’t noticeable until you realize your canister isn’t filling up. Doubles the time to vacuum with the extra time needed to clean the blockage. Also as previously mentioned by other reviewers I also get a nasty blister from the handle partly because you have to hold the trigger to keep it running. No on/off switch. I love it’s maneuverability and the accessories but wish the brush roller would be a self-cleaning kind since I have a long-haired pet. Having to stop to remove the hair wrapped around the brush also adds time to the chore of vacuuming.

Poor suction power
Meh it’s ok nothing better than a $100 diet devil you can buy at Canadian tire

A full set kit with all the attachments
You don't find many vacuums come with everything you need, especially a 2nd battery! this comes in very handy! the build quality is good too, the only downside is the suction power is not very good for this price range. Okay on the hard floor, pretty bad on my low pile carpet (my $80 wired vacuum did way better on the carpet!)

Suction
Great vacuum. As much suction as the more expensive ones.

A $400 Dustbuster, nothing more
This would’ve had two stars, but I took one away because I’m so disappointed in anker for associating with this product. First, I love anchor products. I have bought dozens of battery banks, chargers, cables, adapters, plugs etc. Only one has ever let me down, And the one that did fail, anker’s customer service replaced without question. Unfortunately that’s where the good part of the story ends. This stick vac from Eufy is nothing more than a glorified Dustbuster. Where to begin..? The trigger must be held the entire time you use it. I am young, athletic, and my condo is only a two bedroom, 900 square-foot unit. My needs are minimal. Yet my finger was sore halfway through the unit and I swear I would’ve had a blister if I kept going much longer. In that same test, I also ran out of battery power very quickly. I charged both batteries before I started, as per the instructions, and I got about halfway through the condo before the battery died. Changing the battery immediately immediately got me going again.. It did collect dust, but that’s about all it could muster. It had troubles with carpet, it had troubles with anything larger than a speck of dust, I would not say it was very comprehensive and cleaning it did, it didn’t adapt to different types of carpets and hard surfaces well. It really didn’t do much of anything very well. My lawnmower and cordless drills have batteries similar or larger capacity and of equal composition than this one. None of those batteries require more than an hour to charge. These batteries require several hours each one. Again, being anker, I would’ve expected something significantly better in the battery department. I know anchor is a technology company, not a vacuum cleaning company. It’s like Tesla being a technology company more than an automaker. I read the reviews, and many were glowing, but a few actually cited the concerns that I ran across, so I know I am not alone in my feelings on this product. It’s a $400 Dustbuster, plain and simple. I can’t say it’s totally bad, but I would not recommend it, and I will certainly be returning it. I hope for ankers-sake they can overcome gaffes like this in their product design and marketing. Sorry Anker, this one hurt us both :(
