This is my third

This is my third timer in as many years. Get the extended warranty. Plastic does not wear well in Texas, but with our heat and drought, I would have a much lower success rate without a timer. I suggest not hooking this directly up to the spigot. I put a length of hose between the spigot and this timer and lay the timer flat on the back porch and then attach the hoses. This keeps pressure off of the ports and they will last longer without cracking and constantly leaking. Just make sure you aren't going to step on it, pull the hoses that are hooked up to it or trip on this hose assembly because any of those would break the timer and you have to go spend another $50 on a replacement. I will never buy another without a warranty extension. It's a necessary evil.

Wish I had brought 2 of them

I been using this timer for about a week and I absolutely love it. It gives me the ability to water my reseeded front yard multiple times of the day. Plus I can see my battery level with a quick glance.

Just bought this and am having trouble getting it to work...

I just bought 2 of these - one for the front of the house, one for the back. I'm having trouble getting them set up and installed. After hours of futile attempts I haven't been able to get the timer to actually do what I thought it could. My major frustration is with the unclear and minimal instructions that are provided. The User Manual doesn't indicate it , but I'm assuming ports are numbered 1 - 4 from left to right. I really only need 3 zones, 2 to run soaker hoses on schedule and 1 for the regular garden hose which I want to be able to use manually. I programmed zones 1 and 4 to be scheduled. Connected the garden hose to port 3. When I try to turn on port 3 by pressing the Manual button (as instructed), I can only select Zones 1 or 4. Zones 2 and 3 are not accessible. The instructions about using the Manual setting are minimal (press manual button, select a zone, set watering time). If I can't get this to work "as advertised", I'll be returning both of them. Connections have to be really tight (but not TOO tight) to prevent a constant dripping from the inlet port. The whole point of a timer is to be able to leave your faucet turned on but if it is going to drip endlessly, you might as well just go back to watering by hand.

Very well made and durable MOST IMPORTANTLY EASY TO USE

This is a true 4 outlet timer that can seperate timing and interval settings for each outlet. the screen is very easy to use and programming is simple. i had an orbit previously and it was quite the opposite, and leaky.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS TIMER

I needed a four zone timer in my vegetable garden and don't have electric out there. I had a little trouble programming it in the beginning and had zone 1 coming on with all the other zones. Contacted support and they replied within a couple hours. It was when I was first programming it and didn't understand the zones and cycles, so zone 1 I was programming on all cycles which caused it to come on with the other zones. Cleared out the cycles except for cycle A which is the one I was using and it all works perfectly. I was spending hours watering by hand and really not getting a good deep watering. Now I have my time freed up and better watering for my veggies!

Bien pero baja el flujo de agua

Es falcil de programar, lo tengo para las 4 zonas funcionado bien pero el flujo de agua bajo demasiado a diferencia del temporizador mecánico que tenía antes, tendré que dejar solo un áspersor por zona antes tenía dos y habían presión suficiente
