Nice bowls
Great idea for food and water bowls. Dishwasher safe and it keeps my dogs ears from getting wet. The only problem I have with the bowls is that the metal clinks against the plastic when my dog is eating. It startles him, and he stops eating. Right now, I can only use the bowls for water.

Sturdy, beautiful, and clinky; size large primarily for small dogs
I originally purchased this Dogit elevated bowl in size small but it was minuscule and had different proportions than size large, which is what's pictured in the listing. Size small was a dwarf not even big enough for a cat. Size large is a tall, elegant swan, off-white melamine with a precisely fitted black anti-skid rubber line at the bottom and a removable stainless steel bowl. It looks gracious but is actually quite heavy and sturdy. My dog is a Mini Poodle -- 14" tall at the shoulder and 14 lbs -- and size large suits him perfectly for both eating and drinking. It's easy to remove the stainless steel insert for a quick wash by hand; the bowls (both parts) have also gone through the dishwasher multiple times with no issues. Roomba does not knock them over. I'm very glad I did not give up on this product after the size problem and after one of the bowls arrived broken. If there's anything to note is that the bowl clinks quite a bit as the dog eats kibble and the steel insert moves slightly in the plastic base so this is not recommended for dogs that are freaked out by clinking metal noises, as many of my former fosters were.

Great little dog bowl.
Bought several of these small white bowls for my chihuahua's. They are the perfect height for them to easily eat and drink. The easy to remove bowl cleans up well. The base is sturdy and stays put, my dogs can't move them around. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because I wouldn't recommend that they be used as water bowls because there are a couple little spots on the bowls were rust looks like its starting to form. I scrubbed it off and now only use for food and make sure I dry them with a towel after every wash. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product.

So glad I purchased these!
I got this dish for my standard and mini dachshund. My standard has back issues and neck issues which come with being a doxie and I got it so he would not have to strain to lick downward at the dish. I have to say this sure fixed that issue. Now he can sit and eat being so close to the ground. I don't see him straining now to eat and he seems to be more relaxed and comfortable This was a great investment for him just for that reason. My other doxie is a mini and a little taller than normal doxies (maybe a chi mix) and this dish is perfect height for him as well. He stands about 3-4 inches maybe taller than my other.I might be off; anyways he seems more happy eating as well with the height of the dishes now. I got two and might get a few more for different uses. I would like to be able to purchase with as an add on more of the metal dishes so I can wash them. You can pull the dish out and the bottom is just like a normal dog bowl so you can just use it. I like to wash them frequently however so this is nice. Anyways.. that is the only flaw I can find is trying to find more dishes. They seem to be standard sized so I am sure I will find some sooner or later. I got the small dish and in blue. The color is vibrant and nice IMO; I did it so I can see the dish in the floor. I liked also that the bottom circle of the dish has rubber so it grips the floor well. My dogs like to push things around, one likes to dump his food and the other likes to try to hide it and I swear make a mess. This keeps it from tipping and moving really at all. The side of the dish has a cut out where your fingers can go to pick up the dish easier. I would say making the inside of that cut out with rubber would make it more comfortable to pick up in my opinion. I have hand issues and so small things like that make a big deal to me. Its just plastic and does the job none the less. I will be suggesting these to anyone with dogs. Not sure how large the big ones are but I am 100% behind the small ones for my babies. :)

Excellent buy for mischievous critters
My male cat loves to move his food and water dishes across the floor, and my female liked to stand on top of the tank when we tried an automatic waterer. This one has not budged, spilled etc, even on carpet!

Elevated bowl, holds 2 1/2 cups reasonably, 3 cups to the brim
I have two poodles, one is about 48 lbs, 21" at her shoulders, the other 18 lbs & 15" at the shoulders. Both have the characteristic narrow muzzle. I bought three bowls, 2 as food bowls, and one shared water bowl. As a food bowl it works well, less as a water bowl. The 7" elevated base is easier for both of my poodles to reach, not so hard on their necks. The bowl holds about 3 cups of chow/water, however I don't recommend filling it to the brim with water unless you want water on your floors. The stainless steel bowl is about 6" inside at the top, angled smaller at the bottom to about 4 1/4" and drops into the stout plastic base. It's easy to get it in and out to replenish or clean. The base is wider at the bottom (9") so it doesn't readily tip over. If you place it on a mat or carpet for your pets it stays put. I leave chow in the bowl for my pets to snack on during the day then give them fresh food for dinner. They aren't sloppy eaters, so spillage isn't a problem. It doesn't hold enough water for more than one pet, imo. I have to refill it 2-3 times daily depending on their activity level. My big girl is a water drinker, the smaller one not so much. If you are are use to filling it once daily, keep looking this isn't for you, or if your pet needs more water than this holds. Our pets rely on us for food and water. I like the elevation, they are easy to clean and it's a nice design so I decided to keep all three and I am able to fill it as needed. As I mentioned, both my girls have narrow muzzles so they don't have the problem other dogs with wider muzzles might have reaching into this bowl.

Misleading sizing, totally useless for a medium sized dog.
I purchased 2 of the 900ml Dogit 2-in-1 Dish / Bowls for my two Labradors. The dimensions advertised for the 300ml capacity are 9.4 x 16.5 x 16.5 cm, specifying the height from the floor as @ 9cm. The 900ml bowls, aimed at the larger dogs are advertised as 17 x 21.8 x 21.8 cm, with the height from the floor as 17cm. Based on the information given it would be reasonable to assume that the diameter of the actual feeding part of the item, would either be 16.5 x 16.5cm for the smaller item or 21.8 x 21.8 cm for the larger dog. In reality the actual stainless steel dish for the larger 900ml item is, giving the most generous measurements that I could, 16cm diameter (that includes the outer rim of the dish), so more like 14.5 cm in diameter, with the depth / height of the bowl at a maximum of 6cm (again including the rim of the bowl, it’s only use is to sit the bowl within the container as it has no bearing on the actual size of the bowl for the dog to eat from), so again, the real depth of the bowl is more in the region of 5.5cm, and that is being generous. On attempting to feed both dogs the biggest issue is that the size of their nose / mouth, is far too large to actually fit in the bowl to obtain the food. The height of the item itself was fine, but to be honest the item is in my view only suitable either for a smaller dog (although it may be too high for smaller breeds), or a slightly larger breed which has a smaller / flatter face to enable it to access the food. Fortunately the items were reduced in the sale, as clearly I have attempted to use them and therefore they are not suitable for return, and returning such items is just more hassle, having to re-pack the bowls / arrange and wait in all day on the off-chance the courier arrives to collect. I’ve put this purchase down to experience, frustrated about the money wasted and in the future to disregard the manufacturers write up. I think these items are most likely candidates for the local animal charity, hopefully they can be put to some use.

Good bowl for the price
This is half the price of other bowels of the same size. I got it to help my shar pei so the wrinkles aren't pushing down on her eyes when her heads down to eat. Really pleased with it so iv orderd another for our staffi cross. Iv added the pic for a size guide

Nice height, sturdy and doesn't move about too much
My vet recommended raised bowls as my two English setters are getting on a little. However both dogs are enthusiastic eaters and I was worried the ones on the metal stands might get knocked over, so I ordered two of these. They're great - very sturdy and don't get moved about too much as long as I place them in a corner. The stainless steel insets come out for easy cleaning and the stand part is easy to wipe down. They also look very nice. Incidentally, I'd previously bought a Catit Pixi water fountain for my dogs and cats to share. It's about the same height as these bowls so it solves the problem of needing a raised water bowl too.

For taller breeds
I have a Gordon Setter, a tall dog. For a few years we have used those plastic bowls with the humps and bumps to encourage slow eating. He’s gone through two. He sneaks off with his dish, when he can, and chews it. So, I decided to get a more robust one. This one intrigued me as it gives height for big dogs, which makes sense. When it arrived, though I’d picked the largest, I thought it had a really small bowl. However, as he gets his meal split in two it actually was fine for what he eats. I think he is quite happy with his food being a bit further from the floor too. The metal bowl at the top comes out very easily. The blue stand has a rubber non slip ring on the base and two curves for picking it up. We’re very happy with it.
