Definitely runs small..size up one size!!
We haven’t used this yet, but it seems like the North Face or Columbia of dog jackets. It looks well made and warm and we are excited to get our dog out in the snow with it. That being said, there are some design flaws. 1) There is a weird Velcro flap at the top. It looks like there should be a slit for the leash, but there isn’t a slit. Just the Velcro flap 2) We also had to return the medium because it ran very small. We did measure our dog before ordering it and it should have been the right size. But our 23 lb American cocker (he’s a perfect weight) needs a large in this jacket. Makes me think big 70-100 lb dogs will not fit in the XL. 3) description says it is fleece lined. Although it is a warm lining, it is not fleece. 4) not sure whether to dry in the dryer. The removable tags say don’t tumble dry. The fabric tag on the suit says ok to tumble dry. The Amazon description says hand wash only while the fabric tag says ok to machine wash. Lots of discrepancies.

BEST COAT EVER ESPECIALLY FOR SNOW!!!!
My little guy loved his snowcoat!!!! It kept him dry and warm!!! I added an under shirt (white onesie off amazon) just to be sure his tummy would stay extra toasty!!! Everyone who saw him at Palomar Mountain thought he was so cute and were gushing about how warm he must be all bundled! It was lightweight enough to allow me to run, jump, and hike around the snow and mountain. When we took it off he was completely dry and nice and warm which I was so thankful for and worried but it was just perfect!!!! My little guy is a beagle he is 6 years old and is wearing size Large, I sized up because I wanted to make sure he was not feeling constricted and would be able to move freely plus I wanted to get a onesie for under.

Best winter dog coat!
My dog loves this jacket. It’s super light weight but keeps him warm. The adjustable pant legs are great since he’s a little shorter. The zipper is a great idea since my last dog jacket had Velcro which fell apart after a month of use. The only thing I would like is if there was a leash ring on the jacket itself so I don’t need to put a harness under the jacket and loop my leash through the leash hole on the jacket, but not a deal breaker.

So cute and worth the money
My pup loves playing in the snow, but with his poodle like hair it often becomes a chore to dry and keep his hair soft and non-matted. This is a game changer. He comes back in dry and warm. Took him a time or two to get used to wearing it, but now he looks forward to putting it on. We went a size up. A friend recommended this product to me and I could not be any happier with this purchase!

sizes run small; but jacket works wonderfully to keep the dog warm
I have two border collies. My small female is 22" around the chest and the Large coat (which says up to a 26" chest) is tight on her. My male has a 25" chest and the Large coat is a couple inches short of being able to close around him, but the length did match up for him. I just ordered him an XL. The leash opening between the shoulder blades is too small. I can't even fit my pinkie through it, let alone the D-ring on the harness or the leash shackle itself. I will have to cut it open and re-stitch the edges myself to make it functional with a leash. The draw cords on each leg may be cinched above a joint to keep the jacket "up" while putting it on a standing dog. The zipper is cheap plastic (and should be plastic, not metal, for cold conditions), but should be a bit beefier with a stiffer, tighter pin and box connection so that it stays in place while you begin zipping it up. The material is absolutely not waterproof, but it is water resistant for a good amount of time. I did a test of a section of the jacket shaped like a bowl to hold water; it does eventually leak through. I haven't had them out in the rain yet, but I bet it will shed water for a few minutes. Snow shouldn't be a problem at all. I'll update the review once I get them out in rain or wet conditions. The elastic around the belly is a nice touch to help keep the heat in for the dogs. The open areas for the dogs to relieve themselves are very functional. All around the stitching looked good with no loose threads of concern. Overall, other than the size running smaller than advertised and the tiny harness point opening, it looks pretty good.

Great EXCEPT
So disappointed in this product. We purchased it winter 2020/2021 for our pup and stored it when winter was over. I took it out for this winter and this is the condition it’s in. Completely discolored all over the entire suit. For $50, you’d think it would hold up for more than one winter.

Runs a bit small
Keep in mind that usually when you put your pup and his sweater in the size chart. Let’s face it, usually we leave our dogs in their sweaters or pjs when we put their snowsuit on. Well in warm weather aka no sweater weather, it fits okish. Now throw in the sweater that is a PIA for everyone involved and what happens … the snowsuit doesn’t fit anymore!!! No matter when you buy it, keep that in mind!

Decent functionality, color is misrepresented
It is a tad snug for the shoulder area in terms of walking/running. The color is not this pretty turquoise vibrant blue. It is a slate, matte blue, so that was disappointing. Overall despite the aesthetics, it is a pretty good product function and fit-wise.

Great for a westie!
I love this all in one coat for our westie and am looking forward to the colder weather so she can wear it more! We ordered a 16 inch/40cm size for our westie and it fits absolutely perfectly, certainly a 14 inch would have been too small both in length and girth. The coat is a snug comfortable fit, but too snug to put her harness underneath it, so she wears it on top, which is a bit of a shame, as takes away from the overall look of the coat. One small niggle I do have is that the hole on the top of the coat to thread the lead through if can fit the harness under the coat, is very small and not large enough to thread our 1.5 cm lead through, which is a bit of a design fault I feel. The length of the legs is just right for our westie and they cover her legs top to bottom well, with each leg having an adjustable toggle fastener to ensure they keep in place. It’s fairly easy to get on and I like the offset zip fastener, which makes it a bit unusual. We’ve got the blue, which is a lovely colour and would suit either gender. I wouldn’t say this coat is waterproof, more a bit water resistant, so not the best for rain and mud as not wipe clean, but great for snow and cold. I’m always on the look out for the perfect dog coat, and have tried many over the years and would definitely recommend giving this one a try, our westie certainly feels very comfortable in it right from the first time of wearing it.

Very happy with these jackets
Finally something that fits my dogs! I bought the S blue and XS orange jackets for my min pins and I couldn't be happier with them. The jackets fit like a glove and they are nice and warm. They are easy to put on and off and the dogs seem very comfortable walking around in them. The pull straps are handy to tighten the legs and depending on how much room you have left, the harness can be worn under or over the jacket. They look very stylish. They also arrived well before expected which was a nice surprise.

Very warm but a little awkward
Was a little awkward for him to walk in but was ok once he got used to it. It is very warm; even when we had to stand around waiting in the snow he still stayed warm and snug

XS a great fit
I feel like there wasn’t enough reviews on the extra small, so here goes. I measured him and he was about 10” from the bottom of his neck to the base of his tail, the specs told me small, but he’s a small dude and his tail is upright so I went for XS. The fit was perfect, the colour does vary from the photo shown, it’s more of a deep blue/navy. However I still enjoy the colour. It kept my small 4.5lb toy Pomeranian Very warm, and he lasted 3 to 4 times longer in -7 with wind then he did on a +2 day. Very impressed, a little expensive, but it’s worth it. I see a lot of complaints on the zipper, mine works fine, you just have to make sure it’s completely “bottomed out” in the slot before you zip up... it’s plastic. The holes didn’t interfere with his man hood and he could do his business as he pleases without messing up his jacket. He was awkward at first but once he got use to it he was bombing around with no problem whatsoever. My only complaint is the “draw strings” around the legs, they do the job, but I feel there is something better out there. However it made the cut and will be keeping this for my little monster.

Disappointing
I was very disappointed with this product. Although it kind of fitted my dog, it was very skimpy with parts of his body uncovered. I can’t say with certainty, but I can’t imagine this would keep my dog warm in a slight breeze, let alone in a hurricane or rainstorm!
