Good only if you have a 32" waist or more
I actually really like this tool belt, just be very weary if you are on the slimmer side. I usually wear 32" waist pants, and I have this belt adjusted to the very smallest possible setting. Some things to note: 1.) I like to wear a tool belt just above my regular belt. I find it gives me the best support and allows the best mobility for me. If you wear your tool belt lower, you will have more room for adjustment in the belt. 2.) I like the belt to be snug, but not super tight. I keep it snug enough to give good support witbout chafing or feeling like I'm wearing a corset. If you like your belts looser, you will have more range for adjustment As I mentioned, I wear 32" waist pants. I have no idea the demographic Dewalt was designing this for, but I have this set at the smallest belt velcro setting, and I have it cinched to the very smallest belt hole. It feels perfect for me at this setting, but if anyone had a smaller waist than me, I think it would be too loose. I know the "average" american has a somewhat large waist, but I know many contractors that have a slim build and likely wear 30" pants or somewhere around that. They might have issues with this tool belt not getting tight enough to provide adequate support. If you have a 32" waist or more, you will likely be fine with this. Another thing to note, I do like the finger grabs on the suspender adjustments. They are very comfortable to use. But similar to the waist, I have the suspenders adjusted to almost the minimum. I'm not super short (about 5' 9" or so), but not super tall either. If you have a short torso, you might have issues getting the suspenders adjusted properly. For me, there is a ton of extra webbing that dangles really far out. I like to loop it back through itself to keep it sort of contained. For weight testing, I loaded all the pockets on this belt with as many tool batteries as I could fit in there. It should be about the same, or more, than the highest tool load most people will put in there. Even with all these batteries, the tool belt was very comfortable and felt well supported. I am very happy with that. I have tried some cheaper import tool belts in the past, and they were definitely not as comfortable as this. This Dewalt is going to become by go-to from now on.

Nice rig
Light and functional. Pockets for the most part are deep enough and wide enough to get your hand in and it doesnt flop over and dump your tools out when you set it down at lunch like many other nylon bags.

Impressive Amount of Storage, Somewhat Unwieldy to Put On
Having ordered another tool belt recently, I came to realize that keeping my pants up was even more challenging with a bunch of heavy tools around my waist. The "suspenders" on this tool belt really caught my eye, as did the increased amount of storage available with this tool belt. A word of warning: don't put ANYTHING in this belt until you've put it on for the first time and adjusted it for a comfortable fit. While the suspenders really add to the positive aspects of wearing a tool belt, their inclusion can make the belt feel a bit unwieldy until you really get used to putting it on. As such, it's very important that you ensure you've adjusted the belt and suspenders to ensure a good fit before you start weighing them down with your tools and whatnot. What's also nice about the suspenders is that they give you a bit of extra storage, though obviously nowhere close to what you'll have on the belt itself. The belt has plenty of storage, and some of the pockets are quite large and give you a lot of flexibility to put what you'd realistically want to have available at arm's length at any given time as far as small tools and whatnot go. This tool belt also feels really well-built, so I actually don't feel too bad about its relatively high cost compared to a lot of other tool belts I've ordered or considered ordering. If you need more storage on your tool belt, then definitely give this one a look.

Padded suspenders are awesome!
After about 15 years of using my old tool belt for around the house stuff, I really needed an upgrade. Especially dealing with my tool belt constantly pulling my pants down. Started looking around and found this style with suspenders. I'll take them. The suspenders are padded and won't rub you raw when your wearing that cut off t shirt to impress the wife while you swing a hammer, and the pockets and pouches can hold everything you need to build that deck or pergola. Impressing the wife with your biceps and your carpentry skills, and looking snazzy at the same time, and not wandering all over the job site looking for your tape measure, because it's got a spot for that too.

Superb Quality, Huge Improvement Over Regular Tool Belt
I’ve always used a standard leather pouch tool belt in the past. They’re decent but no more of those things…this DeWalt tool belt with suspenders beats those hands down. There’s no more of the tool belt slipping/falling down since I don’t have hips (as my wife says). Going up and down ladders is easier and probably safer since it isn’t moving around on you. The quality is simply superb. This thing definitely does the DeWalt name proud. Every aspect of the materials used is very thick and rugged, ranging from the tool pouches to the belt itself to the harness to the adjustable pull tabs…all of it. I particularly like the set up where it’s adjustable for small, medium, and large all in one harness. You don’t have to buy a size, you just adjust this one tool belt. If you’ve had a bigger than normal lunch, then let ‘er out a bit for a few hours and work off those extra calories. As everybody knows, these things get pretty heavy when they’re loaded up in tools. I took a few pictures before I loaded it up and started using it. Now that it’s full, it’s definitely heavy but there is a handle right above each of the two cargo pouches. Those make it easy to grab and keep your tools from falling out as you put it on. Definitely recommended. If you don’t have one of these suspender belts and are working with a regular tool belt, get one of these now. They really are a lot better.
