Great Walker
I bought this walker for my handicap sister who is also very large. It is very sturdy. Only issue is make sure you have a large trunk or a suv of some type to take it with you.

Heavy duty. Wider than standard.
I have really worn knee joints. I can't walk more than 100 yards without rest. This works great as when I tire I can turn it around and sit to rest. Works great in most restaurant tables.

NO PARTS AVAILABLE!!!
I've used my 66550 everyday for the last 3 years. Yesterday the right brake handle broke off. I called Invacare and was told they DO NOT OFFER OR SELL ANY PARTS FOR THE 66550. Only complete units, and my ONLY option was to buy a new complete unit. I was deeply disappointed as I depend on my rollator to perform my job. I've reattached the handle with zip ties and duct tape while I look for a generic replacement part. This is the 66550's only flaw, but... No Parts??? Really???

2 year run
The width of the seat is comfortable and wide the fabric on the seat is slippery in the beginning. If you are short this may not be for you. You can't adjust the height. I had it for 2 years and then the wheels started giving me issues. I brought a oasis space rollator. I purchased it 1/11/22. the second rollator broke. Today 9/9/22. The frame doesn't hold the weight. So now I find myself about to reorder invacare. At least i got 2 years. The wheels eventually give you problem this time I'll purchase extended warranty. You are able to use as a wheel chair in emergency situation. Heavier than oasis space. Oasis norrow but easier to left and put in car. I love the bar to close chair. It's easier than invacare heavier. Breaks really don't work as much as I would like. The hand grips aren't comfortable. Would have been better memory form

Well built and only 27 in wide
I DO NOT WRITE ALOT OF REVIEWS. I am 6ft 4in tall.weight is 395.I have extreme neuropathy and I recently fell in my home.my legs gave out and I damage the brakes on my old rollator so I needed to either get the brakes fixed or repurchase. The old rollator was 31 inches wide due to the brakes and wheels set up.I have hit and damaged every door and wall in our condo. IN MY SEARCH I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE INVACARE AND I am very very happy. I just ordered a 2nd rollator to keep in my van. I think the seat height is just fine and more important I am able to stand up using the arms with ease. The grips have an extra feature that allows your palm to rest in the groove and gives you more support and safety. The brakes are much better than what I had. The back rest is also fine for me. I know my wife is a fan since I no longer hit doors and walls. Thank you-Tom

Sturdy and easy to maneuver
Pros: This Rollator is very sturdy; I have zero qualms about it holding my ample weight. It maneuvers very easily and turns on a dime. The padded seat is comfortable enough for reasonable periods of time (under an hour, say), and the pouch under the seat is plenty large enough to hold a large purse and jacket at the same time. Cons: This device is rather heavy to lift. You might need to detach the hand grips and/or the padded backrest bar in order to fit it into a vehicle; happily, they are very easy to detach and reattach. Assembly: The Rollator was relatively simple to assemble. You only need to attach the hand grips and the padded backrest bar; it's otherwise ready to go. I had rented one of these (the same model) several months ago. I liked it so much that I bought this one and am very happy with it.

Where to get wheel replacements??
I got this rollator about 3 months ago and I need to replace a wheel. The gray rubber has completely broken off the wheel. Where can I get one??

Quality of this product is cheaper than it used to be
This is my second walker of this brand and type. So my expectations were that I would receive a walker that was exactly like the first one that I purchased from this company three years ago. Unfortunately there were market differences between the two walkers. The old one had very sturdy wide wheels which added to stability and allowed me to go on to different types of paths from Concrete toSoil. The new walker has a narrow wheel and it easily get stuck in grooves and crevices. It cannot be a maneuvered on anything other than the flat concrete service surfaces or indoors. There is also a different in the breaking mechanisms the old walker had a very sturdy hand braking system that we’re locked in place would not move. The new walker I have found that the braking system is lighter and flimsy. When you lock them if you are on a hill the Walker will break free. So for many of us who do not live on flat level surface is this is a challenge I have had this Walker less than two weeks and I’ve already had to chase it down a hill to catch it and bring it back to where I wanted it to be after locking it in place. The handles feel cheaper and look cheaper. The only reason that I am getting rid of my old walker is because the brakes were out and I could not find replacements. I hope that somebody from the company will finally respond to the emails that I sent trying to come up with a resolution for my concerns so far when I’ve called I have only received an individual who sounds very sweet on the phone but really has no solutions to my concerns.Overall it feels like the new brakes and wheels were cost cutting measures. The wheels are definitely very different than the old ones
