Works very well
I love the size of it as it takes up very little room. I do not believe it’s as powerful as the larger units however, it works very well. You have to let it work at its own pace. Don’t try to push your food through or it will bog it down and make sure you cut your celery into small pieces or they’ll get hung up in it other than that I’ve have no issues. Cleans up fairly easy compared to the larger units I’ve had.

Works very well for the size and price
It's a good little juicer. Much like most Dash products it is made and designed well, with few faults. It takes harder fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens with aplomb. The juice is always very fresh and vibrant, it's also filtered well, leaving very little pulp behind. So far I have juiced wheatgrass, kale, apples, oranges, spinach, ginger, strawberries and cucumbers. Probably more but those are the ones I can think of the top of my head. I have also used the frozen attachment with mixed fruits and mostly bananas. It turns them into a soft-serve-like consistency, and is great when your craving something like ice cream but are trying to avoid the calories, or in my case, too much dairy. Cleaning has been very easy. I understand some people had some problems, I must simple say to all, read the manual. Everything comes apart for easy cleaning, and they provide a brush to help. It's not clear as to whether or not you can put them into the dishwasher, however it does not take long to hand wash. So I overall that's fine. Overall it's good! I do have a couple annoying things about it though. First, it does not like anything that is too soft. It simple won't separate the pulp and cloggs. It does also state this in the manual, but I want to make sure I mentioned it too, because many slow juicers have the same problem with softer foods. Oranges, peaches, mango, kiwin, etc... Can clog very easily. You have to alternate small amounts of them with larger amount of hard food like apple, carrots, and such. Rule of thumb is watching your fiber and starch content. Starchy items like mango and kiwin will clog, where as fiberous items like ginger and kale will move through no problem. I also believe this is only as much of a problem because there is no way to bypass the silicone "pressure plug". It's there to ensure your getting the most juice, but when using softer fruits and vegetables, it prevents the pulp from exiting the machine. If they added a bypass plug or a softer plug of sorts, it would most likely fix the problem. I would say to leave it un-plugged, and that actually does help, but then it leaks juice. It's isn't a huge deal, but know that all slow juicers like harder foods. Second, I also believe it would clogg less if the actual filter screen was larger. Due to it being only a single area, it can get backed up slightly. Again this is only a problem when using softer fruits and veg, but I felt I should make a note. Third and final complaint is that when using the forzen fruit "screen", it holds a lot of the fruit in. I again because it's due to the firm pressure plug. But the actual chamber design can hold the fruit too. It's not a problem when making a bowl of something, but if you want a small amount you will spend most of the time cleaning it out of the machine. But also, this is a common complaint with every frozen fruit maker I've used, so I want surprised Over all it's good machine! It is just small, and has it's limits, so don't expect an Omega, Hurom, or Kuvings. It's does a fine job and is plenty powerful for it's size!

Good... but...
It works well with carrots, but the celery kept getting jammed. I also am having trouble cleaning all the celery out of the bottom. It takes a lot of time to juice things. However, I bought it as a back up juice for when I'm on vacation and I don't want to pack my big one. It works for the job I got it for.

Not satisfied
I have use it several times . Is really compact size good for one persons juice. Really easy to clean. BUT, when it comes of how it performs, I don't like the fact that in order for the fruits don't cloth up, you have to clean it at least 2xs in the middle of using it to make JUST ONE CUP OF JUICE. I don't know if it the filter or the whole where all the remaining of the fruit comes out is to small. Because you latterly have to use your finger to pull it out or use something like a butter knife to get unstok ,but some fruits/ vegetables are hard to take it out. For example Parsley, celery, tangerine, pine aple. The only reason I keep it was because is compact and easy to clean. Other wise I would had returned it. In order to make just one cup of juice it takes me at least 30min. Because I have to clean it once or twice in the middle of using it.

Dash
I actually like this juicer, it’s very small and it doesn’t take up to much space and it gets the job done. It’s very easy to clean which is a PLUS…. my only down falls is that it’s does clog up lot, very easy fix but it just makes it more time consuming because you’re cleaning between each juice. This juicer doesn’t like celery and pineapples…. CLOGS I would recommend this juicer

Assemble issue but still works
It was kind of hard to assemble, you have to twist it until you hear a click and you think it’s the first click when it “locks”but it’s actually the one after that. To do this make sure you hold on to the long black piece and twist it. Then it turns on. Otherwise this machine is great. However, you can’t really juice strawberries, and more fibrous fruits like that. So that was a negative.

Clogs up quickly
Initially I loved this little juicer. It has a very small footprint, it’s easy to use, easy to clean, and you get quite a bit of juice. My one complaint, and it’s one that is really putting me off, is that the Shute where the waste product comes out gets clogged up quickly and the only was to clear it is to take the whole machine apart. One of the main vegetables I wanted to use is kale and celery and both of them clog it up badly! If it wasn’t for this one bad feature this would be an 8+ machine.

Not suitable for UK use
Lovely small, nice looking juicer. Sadly I missed the part in the description stating this is a USA product, 120v and USA plug. I requested a return, printed off the label and then discovered I would need to return to Las Vegas at a higher cost than purchased for. I cancelled my return request and now trying to find a sensibly price transformer to bring up to UK usage.

MAchine does not properly juice, do not buy.
The machine is neatly packed and easy to assemble. However, the machine doesn't properly juice, it is not fit for purpose. Carrots will not juice appropriately (pulp relatively wet), the motor is weak, the machine doe not pull in fruits/vegetables, but one has to push them in. In which in case of wetter fruits like oranges, kiwis or strawberries will have part of the squished fruit going up the chute and spilling out of the top. Not a good product overall.

Blew up on plugging in.
I loved it... until it made a huge bang on plugging in. Is this really ok for the UK market? No one got hurt but there's no way I'm testing it further, it's going back and I'll buy a different model. Scary.

Works well, super tiny footprint!
Absolutely love how little space this thing takes. Juices well- ironically though, it doesn't do as well for things that are juicy & pulpy... Berries, oranges, etc. clunk up the machine fairly quickly and you have to deassemble the whole thing to clean out the extra pulp (1 cup of orange juice is usually as far as it'll go). Given that, it's best for 1 or 2 people, not for the whole family brunch.
