Big Bag for Small Fountain
I purchased this filtration bag for my Pond Boss fountain thinking it was the cloth type bag I had previously purchased. Turns out it is a big heavy duty vinyl bag. Didn't think it would work out but I figured I would see how it fit. Turns out is is perfect. Once installed around the pump, it leaves enough room to keep vegetation and fish away from the pump intake. Should provide good filtration with less frequent cleaning needed. Great product. Highly recommend.

Use this if you have any pond life
This product should be a requirement for anyone that uses a pump in a pond with fish or turtles. Literally has prevented any tragedy of getting sucked into the pump. Also helps keep pond foliage out of the intake of our pump. Definitely Worth the $ and easy to install Over your pump.

Made Cleaning My Pond Easier
It keep my pump much cleaner and I don't have to take apart my pump every other week to clean it out. The bag catches the majority of the debris and I just rinse the bag off about once a month. Honestly makes taking care of my pond much easier.

Exactly what i needed - durable/stiff filter "bag" for my pump
I bought into a low wattage/power pump that moves "Just enough" water when its at full efficiency but if any leaves/crud got in through its filter it would slow down to a trickle quick. Shut everything down, cleaned out the pump, sat the pump inside this bag and dropped it back into my filter box and now its been a few weeks of running without any slow down at all and i'm happy. The material is a firm rubbery material that won't flex and then get sucked into your pump and its stiff enough to keep the gunk away - we're in pollen season now and this mesh bag keeps my pump running efficient.

It's a plastic mesh sack
So it performs as promised, but $20 for a product that cost maybe 50 cents to make? Not soft, flexible. Hard plastic with holes bigger than expected. Will see. For the price was expecting something a little higher quality.

Hard to clean
I really need more than one as it’s hard to clean while it’s wet needed to use jet stream from hose to get the pond stuff off

Rigid Mesh Enclosure
I ordered this to replace a bag that was too flexible and got sucked into the pre-filter screen on my pond pump. This is not really a bag just two flat sections of rigid mesh with two black zip-ties to hold the opening shut. I am very pleased with how rigid this mesh is--will not get sucked into the pre-filter. It is very big and I think I will trim it to fit a bit better; right now it sticks out of the lily pond like some pond monster.
