For my Recliner
I need to move my recliner from time to time to vacuum,. and these adhere to the base and make that readily possible. Moving the recliner, which sits on carpet, without them was pretty hard for me at 73 years of age. I'm not a lifter anymore, but a pusher...and these make that possible.

Wish they were just a little shorter
I bought these because they were the closest size to what I needed. There is nothing wrong with the product but for my purposes I sure wish they were shorter. But they do slide well. Many people said the sticky part collects dust, lint, etc... I just cut off the paper so the adhesive part would match the size I needed. So far so good.

Needed for bottom of vacuum
A roller broke off my vacuum & the company won’t make a $1 replacement small roller. Instead they want $130 for a replacement head unit. Keeps vacuum off floor at same height as missing wheel. Just check the slider frequently for hard items stuck to bottom so it doesn’t scratch your hard floors.

Good way to move heavy furniture on carpet.
I've tried a lot of different carpet sliders over the years and so far the Waxman brand is way ahead of all the others for providing sliding surface that works even after a piece has set for a long time in one place and sunk into the carpeting. The other brands I've tried work when you first put them on, but once the piece sits in place and sinks into the carpet pile, they don't have the ability to climb out of the sink hole, they dig in and the piece might as well have nothing on the bottom. The curved edge of the Waxman design allows it to climb out of the sink hole when you push on the furniture. These sticks are the only solution I've found that works when furniture doesn't have distinct corners or legs to use triangles or circles on. If the piece is a heavy bookcase or big desk, be prepared to use a lot of them as each stick doesn't provide a lot of sliding surface, but when there are enough of them the heavy piece will move easily. About the only con I can come up with is not to use these or any Teflon slider on hard wood floors. They tend to pick up grains of sand or whatever is there and scratch themselves and the floor. These are for carpet only, Use felt pads on hard wood. But for moving on carpet, these things are second only to having someone else moving the furniture for you.

Bought a new Dyson vacuum. I could not vaccum my carpets, as I couldn't get the vacuum to move! I would try to drag vacuum, reread instructions, check bottom thing something was blocking roller. No luck. I was ready to box it up and return as defective. My last ditch effort was YouTube. I was delighted to find the solution there! I was able to vacuum with ease. I love how my Dyson picks up dog hair. Hmmm maybe I should check YouTube to see solution for my labradoodle shedding. My friend says I got a Bootadoodle. Hair grow like poodle sheds like a lab.

Dyson Vacuum Hard Suction Fix
For those of you looking at these inexpensive sliders, hoping to fix your Dyson vacuum’s suction problem on area rugs, don’t hesitate to purchase. Even though the suction worked great on my Dyson, I couldn’t push it comfortably, so eventually (just) purchased a Shark vacuum; unfortunately, the Shark doesn’t suction all that well, so went back to trying to figure out what to do about my Dyson. I watched a few videos on YouTube and saw the one that recommended attaching one of these sliders. I decided to go ahead and try, got them today and attached one to my Dyson. It now works great! Suction still works, but so much easier to push. Yay!

Easy to use and they do the trick!
I've used this on a big heavy desk as well as most recently on an Ikea wardrobe cabinet. These sliders are no-nonsense and straight to the point. Just peel off the paper protector and then stick to the bottom of the surface that you wish to slide. I recommend that you allow a few hours after you have applied the sliders to the furniture to stick well before you try to move your furniture. I manage a college housing and having these sliders on all of the furniture in the bedrooms allows new students to easily rearrange the furniture to their own liking without taking the chance of damaging the furniture since it's quite easy to slide stuff around now. Also comes in very handy when I have to clean rooms and prepare for a set of students coming in since I can now easily slide furniture around to clean underneath and behind. I can no longer find these anywhere locally so it's great I can get them on Amazon!

Made Life Much Easier
Product did what was expected. I have a stone/steel/glass coffee table that weighs approx 100 lbs and was very difficult to move over our low napped berber rug (I usually had to take the glass top off and even then stuggle to move it). Not any more! One slide on in the center of each lower side of the stone cube base and it now moves easily with a modest push.
