2 months in and it's on it's last leg

I want to start by saying I have a large blocky spout and I turn this around to use upside down every day. So I'm not shocked this happened since it's been stretched over the shower pull spout when turned. The reason why I use it upside down (like a few other reviewers do) is because if my child goes under this she can still bang her head on the spout. Any and all brands of spout covers that do not totally cover the spout ALL the way around are not protecting kids from hitting their heads! Yes it's soft and pillowy everywhere else. But my child likes to specifically sit directly UNDER the spout. So as long as there is an opening there, she is at risk. I don't know why manufacturers haven't figured this out yet. I also don't know why there are so many people complaining or poking holes in this for their shower spouts. If you're bathing a baby or toddler then why are you using the shower? This comes off so easily. If an adult needs to shower then just simply slide this off. No need to poke holes or complain that there isn't a hole for the shower spouts. also if you're spout is slimmer and smaller than mine, then all you need to do is turn it lol. I'm bummed it ripped. But all in all I do like this a lot and will eventually buy another.

Leaks air

We purchased this to cover the faucet in the bathtub that we use to bathe my 1-year-old baby. I chose the inflatable because my baby moves around in the tub a lot and I thought it would be a better bump guard than the other options I've seen. It does stay on the faucet well, but it leaks air. I have to blow it up before every bath. I cannot find a hole - I think it just leaks through the seams. We're still using it, but it adds an extra step to prepare for bath time.

Fits snug

Not to flashy so my grandson who touches everything doesn't really mess with it or try to remove it...at 5 bucks or less can't go wrong.

Best out there!

This is the best one out there. I’ve tried the hard silicone and plastic ones. They don’t stay snug on the faucet. This one stays snug & cushions very well. It’s easy to clean & easy to install.

Good for safety of babies

Wish I found this earlier! My 3 year old often hit her head on the tap . This spout is very easy to use and so cheap ! It is a bit short to cover my whole faucet but it does its job. Only drawback is -it has no upper hole for the lift-up rod. But Overall I am very happy with this.

Save yourself some money and get this one

How ridiculous is it that all these whale shaped nonsense covers are $11-$15??!! P.S.- they arent that much better than the faucet to hit your head on! This inflatable cover is perfect! My son doesn’t try to pull it off and it actually is an air pillow for his accidental bumps… plus I don’t have to look at it and be upset at how much money it cost us.

Amazing while it lasted

This is very cute! its a soft air filled plastic so even if baby bumps it it doesn't hurt. Not super eye catching so baby doesn't fixate on it. but it started leaking air after about three months for me. still loved it while it lasted. just slips over your faucet

Does the job but have to cut a hole manually

Not sure why I found it for $3-4 at a store but it costs a lot more here? It works pretty well. Not as cute as some other spout covers but it does the job. You have to very carefully cut a hole manually if you have a diverter type of spout (for shower head).

This works perfectly to make bathtub safe for baby. It is very easy to put onto the spout and the baby will try to remove it but can’t. You can either keep it in the bathtub inflated or deflated and blow it up each time you use it. It is very easy to blow up and quick. I have nothing bad to say about this item; it’s really useful.

It works

It protects the baby from hurting themselves on thectib spout. I way over-paid gor it though. I was very disappointed in just how basic it is. Looks like it should have been sold in a dollar store

Convient seulement au robinet avec bec vers le bas

J’ai un robinet moderne d’où l’eau sort un peu vers l’avant et malheureusement, on doit le retirer chaque fois qu’on fait couler un bain. On le met ensuite pour protéger bébé quand même mais c’est pas optimal …
