Makes ironing fun!

Beautiful pattern, well made, there's a pocket that I use to hold hangers. It holding up very well.

Just received it and am very pleased.

Pros: * Strong elastic. * Very thick built-in pad. * Reversible (especially useful if someone in the house uses it for ironing crafts--one side for crafts, the other side for clothing). * It has a pocket for hanging things in a handy spot. * It has velcro straps to keep it in place. * It is very snug fitting on my 52"x13" board. * It has a stain and heat resistant coating. * Worth every penny! Cons: * None Tips: * One reviewer said that it wouldn't go over the board. This cover is a much snugger fit than the original that came with my board. This one will only go on if you put the narrow end of the cover around the narrow end of the board first and then stretch the other end of the cover over the board. If you try to put any other part of the pad on first, the narrow end will not stretch enough to go over the end of the board. * The only ironing board covers I've ever seen machine washed are the cheap uncoated ones that have no integrated pad. The best thing to do with more expensive coated covers, like this one, is to install them on the board right out of the package and wipe up spills or messes on it as quickly as possible. Excessive machine washing will likely ruin the coating.

Works great easy to put on too even on old wooden iron board

My Mom loves it. She used it on her great great grandmother iron board all wooden. Easy to put on plus love the Velcro straps. Even comes with a pouch.

Nice Fabric

This is everything it claims but the measurements weren't very specific. I measured the top only of my ironing board. I should have measured up the side, across the top and down the other side. It is a bit short. A little sewing and all is well. The little pocket for holding your spray bottle keeps catching my iron's cord. Even when nothing is in it. When I go to put my board away the pocket has to be move away from the collapsing legs. More bother. Price was good, fabric is nice. Sizing and the pocket were a bother.

Huge price drop right after I bought it.

I just bought this and came to write a review, only to find the price had dropped by over a third since I bought it! Oh well, I still like the pretty pattern and it even has a little attached bag that can hold your ... well, I'm not sure what it's supposed to hold, lol, but it's there if you need it. One of the other reviewers mentioned the pale yellow color that doesn't show up well in the picture. That's true, but I personally wasn't bothered by it. It has a nice thickness and fits the ironing board snugly, and is secured by two velcro straps. For the current price, it's quite a bargain. Wish I would have waited a few days!

good heat resistent and fit

matches description for size and fit. Would have preferred better mechanism to lock in the string tension but after a few iron, was able to smooth out creases. Would have preferred Velcro bag attachment as it's annoying as I use the wide edge for shirts.
