Hard to use

The clamp on the top needs to be longer. Once you get your hair wound around the barrel the clamp is so short it won't hold your hair.

I have curly hair, but sometimes it likes to do it’s own thing. This iron creates the perfect spiral curls.

Good spiral curling iron

It works good. I have to curl my hair the night before or hours before I'm going somewhere with this because it makes tight curls. I like the curls to relax before going somewhere. Then they are beautiful beach curls after waiting.

Perfect curls

This is my second buy. I bought my first one years ago but after we moved, I couldn’t find it so I bought another. I cut my hair shorter and needed the tighter curl and this iron gives the perfect, smaller curls. Still a great buy.

There is a learning curve

Like the spiral barrel, wish clip was a little longer. Will take some practice!

Good for shorter hair

I purchased this as a replacement to the bedhead spiral iron that I had. I like this one more than that because the temperature adjustment does not move while you are using it, and the cord does not wrap up when you are twisting it. My only gripe is that is came up when searching for an iron for long hair, and it is definitely not. My hair is shorter now that it has been in years ( Couple inches past shoulder length) and still have to curl each section piece twice, once for the top half of the hair and once for the bottom. It does pinch the hair too much to be able to start and the top and just twist/spin it all the way though. ( Maybe this can be solved by using a heatproof glove and avoiding the clip). Overall this is a good iron, it would just be nice if they made them for longer hair.

Did not reimburse my returned product

I had bought the same product years ago and was so sad when it broke. Was happy to pay almost double the original price to get another one. But upon trying it, it did not heat up at all , nor did it curl my hair like its predecessor. It was defective. So I paid the return shipping and sent it back. Over a month later I was notified that they were not reimbursing me, even though they had the product. Their action is not AMAZON worthy. Too very disappointed in their lack of customer care. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Difficult to Use

I found this a little difficult to use. Hard to wrap the hair around without feeling like I'm going to burn myself. Definitely not the best product for someone with thick hair. I have used it once, and now it's just sitting in my bathroom cabinet.

Quality

It works even on my short hair but I expected the part that actually holds your hair to be the same length as the actual spiral part of the wand. It doesnt. It is only a quarter of the actual size of the wand. It still works and it is lightweight which is important
