For years I've used three of these--two black and one purple--and so far, so fair...

The bungee cords tended to snap at me, until I found the best way for me to stretch those over stuff--watch out for flying hooks while getting the hang (ouch)! Also, I use additional cords with each to keep certain loads in place in various ways I've devised after much trial and error. On one, I keep a brief case; another holds a rectangular shopping basket I "inherited" along the way and the third holds a 5-gal bucket with a Styrofoam liner inside and tool apron outside. Since I worked out how to attach each, all three frames (with their respective containers) function fine for me. Cart doesn't seem to me like the best term for this device because it's not solid or heavy at all. Now that mine are set up, I can fold the top of the handle down enough, still, to fit all in an SUV whenever I move on. Switching loads with different shapes, sizes and weights when I was playing with the first of these didn't work as well as attaching the three different containers I use to roll diverse stuff in these now. But I ordered two more after I squared away the first because I saw possibilities. By now, I've used the newest since August 2014 without it falling apart. The others I purchased during 2013 and 2012, and there's no sign of trouble yet. But now, I'm shopping for something sturdier yet still portable, not to replace these, but to use slightly differently, without attaching any supportive containers permanently.

Very portable and lightweight

I needed A lightweight cart for varied uses in hauling my packages Loved the attached bungee cord and "wings" at the bottom that accommodates larger sized packages telescopic handle adds convenience The other day I received 2 large boxes of goods in my building lobby I would never have been able to carry if I hadn't first loaded them with the help of the wings and bungee cord that secured my packages in place en route to my apartment. Also find the wheels to be of A better quality and sturdier than most other carts I have used in the past. 1 star less because bottom may not accommodate very wide packages that well. Otherwise cart is quite attractive and simple as I like carts to be.

Close to perfect, handle is a bit short

Got this cart b/c at 6 months pregnant with 2nd kid, my back was killing me from lugging my laptop and other work things back & forth from the train to office. It's made a huge difference! Love how lightweight it is and how small it folds up. I treat it extremely roughly - hauling over uneven Boston pavement, giant curbs, steps, etc. -- and so far it's holding up great (used fairly consistently for about a month now). I was concerned the hard plastic wheels wouldn't be up to snuff, but so far they're fine. The bungees are good quality and make it possible for me to pile on all the stuff I need. So why not five stars? Like other reviewers mentioned - the handle is oddly short when extended. I'm only 5'4" so I thought it wouldn't be an issue. It's not a huge problem; but I definitely notice & would have liked it to extend a few inches more. Other slight complaints - the flip bar to lock the handle in place isn't super firm - it's pretty easy to accidentally disengage and collapse the handle mid-stride. And unless I've just missed some folding trick, when it's folded, the only way to keep everything tucked in and folded is by wrapping the bungee around the bits. Seems to me like it should lock into place on its own - but you definitely have to use the bungees to keep it from unfolding itself. All in all, really pleased with the purchase for the price, general quality, quickness of shipping, and functionality.

Poor manufacturing. Not sturdy, and not maneuverable.

One wheel is stuck and won't move very well, so I'm essentially dragging the cart across the floor. Also the handle extension doesn't stay locked in place, so it collapses while in use. This is going back. Updated review: Seller took my return, no problem. I ended up getting another one at another store because I couldn't get one delivered in time for my trip from Amazon. The second one worked great! It didn't have any of the problems that the first one had. I had a car seat and a heavy backpack strapped to it with an extra bungee or two, and we made it through the airport quite efficiently!

Disclaimer: haven’t actually used in airport yet. This is what I bought it for. However, like any mom I have tested it before had to avoid day of disaster. I put the car seat all the way face forward and claw clamped it to the base of the cart. I then used the bungee cord and wrapped it around the back of the car seat and cart. It’s super sturdy don’t see the car seat going anywhere. I would highly recommend as a cheaper option to others that are out there...I’m glad I went with this one and didn’t spend a bunch on a different one. Also if you can’t tell by the pictures this is a Graco car seat.

Good value for the right application

What you see is what you get. It's small, light weight with rather small wheels. It is not a hand truck. Seems durable and strongly built. Rolls along nicely on smooth surfaces but not so well on rough surfaces because of the wheel size and narrow wheel base. There is very little to provide surface contact where the load rests. Slick items like plastic boxes or probably even luggage tend to want to slide off. Having said all that, it is working very well for the application I bought it for and consider it a good value. I have a large plastic box full of stuff that I move from the car to places that is not so heavy that it can't be carried but is heavy enough that I don't want to. I glued some no slide shelf material to the bottom of the box which solved the slippery issue and use a couple of bungee cords to further secure and it works just fine.
