Hopeful!!
This was delivered today and I'm hopeful it will make a dreaded chore much easier. My elderly mother lives in a house with about 10-12 concrete steps. She relies on me to bring groceries and other household supplies when needed. Must admit- I am no "spring chicken" with my own daily aches and pains. That said, it has become something I dread doing but now am more confident AND comfortable with this helping me get the task done. The bag is HUGE and you can add a small box below with the bag on top. The 3-wheel design was the clincher for me. My only con is that it folded more compactly -but I'll take it over straining my arms and back any day.

Lighter weight then expected!
Very light weight, which is a positive for carry in and out of the car! On the other hand, it feels too light to carry larger objects without the bag.

A NEED for Apartments
I purchased this cart for our apartment (we have six steps). I love how lightweight the cart is and how easy it is to store. I am handicapped and quite weak so this cart has been a lifesaver. It goes up the stairs nicely but you do have to pull a bit. Great bag size as well!

This is a BACK SAVER‼️????
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my father and mother to use when taking up groceries to our apartment. Climbing over 20 steps to get into our apartment while carrying is not convenient. This helps us carry the same items but without the heavy stress we would be putting on our backs, knees, arms, etc… As you can see in the provided video, it can easily hold up a 5 Gallon jug of water and also a 40 pack of water. I was worried at first if it’ll be a little more on the weak side but it feels firm and strong. I most definitely recommend this product to everyone! Your body will thank you! (Also this is the same as the DBest brand model at a discount of a price!)

It works
It was advertised as being used, but with only cosmetic damage. Well, the bag attachment was fairly well torn. I might be able to fix it with a few rivets, but I didn't really need the bag attachment for my purposes. The cart itself is pretty light and maneuverable. Still seems a bit pricey for not much plastic and metal. But it's doing the job for me. And it's not heavy to move. My only real complaint is the "cosmetic damage" was a bit MORE than just cosmetic.

Sturdy and well-constructed
Are you an avid shopper who could use extra hands to help you carry your groceries home? If so, you must check out the Amazon Basics Folding Stair Climber Shopping Cart. This clever cart enables you to carry heavy loads up and down stairs and folds down into a convenient and easy-to-maneuver dolly. I've been using the Amazon Basics Folding Stair Climber Shopping Cart for a few weeks, and I'm impressed. The cart is sturdy, well-constructed, and has a broad base that makes it easy to balance while carrying heavy loads. Its folding mechanism makes it easy to switch between cart and dolly mode, and its extendable handle and rubberized grip make it comfortable. Highly recommended!

44" version is much better than 38" in many ways
THE ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR 38" VERSION: Out of the box, my first impression is 'this thing is flimsy'. I put it together in less than 5 minutes. When you install the wheels, make sure you hear the 'click'. In 10 minutes, I've found a couple of things Amazon (and their supplier) could do better. When it's folded, there is nowhere to snap it together, the cart tends to collapse all the time. It's very lightweight but not easy to carry, unless you use a bungee cord to hold it up. The wheels can't be locked, it will slip if the floor is not leveled. When the cart is empty, it tends to tip back. You'd better place it against a wall or something and use your feet to block it if necessary when loading it up. In spite of these issues, it's usable as long as you are attentive. It (or similar product) is a must have if you live alone in apartment or dorm. UPDATE FOR 44" VERSION: I bought the 38" for my daughter, and decided to buy the 44" version for myself. After side by side comparison, I'm going to return the 38" one, the 44" is superior, not only the height but in several ways: - The construction is better. The supporting bars on the 38" are cheap (looking) plastic, they are aluminium on the 44". - The 44" is deeper, so it's more stable, it less likely tip back, you can load it up (still with care) without a supporting wall. - The axle of the 38" is actually 1" wider wheel to wheel, so it has more chance to get stuck, while the usable platform is narrower. - The weight are similar. Unless 44" is too tall for your height, I'd suggest to go with the 44".

My Second Follow-Up Review
Two months in from purchase, and I am writing to report that this cart has some deficiencies. The stitching on the top strap is not sufficient. I have had to restitch it after the flimsy thread gave out from normal use. The manufacturer needs to double or triple stitch this part with strong thread. Secondly, I have just noticed a small hole (now taped) at the base of the bag, which brought my attention to the fact that the manufacturer cheaped out and did not provide a protective hard material (such a cardboard covered with fabric) at the bottom of the bag. I now have to do this myself. These two aspects of the cart's bag construction are very important. I encourage the manufacturer to take responsibility to improve these deficiencies.
