Very flexible

Installed this product in a 2020 honda accord sedan and it fits perfectly able to have room for the seat belt buckles while also protecting the leather seat from the weight of the car seat

Sturdy, thick, waterproof, dentproof

Ok ok ok... For those of you who use car seats for kids: The car seat we used in our last vehicle, a Yukon, ruined the leather seat. After being cinched down for so long it left giant indents in the leather seats that were irreparable. So, when we bought our Enclave I wanted to be sure to find something that would actually protect the seats. There are a lot of fabric mats for seats out there, but none of those really address the problem of denting and pressure. They're waterproof yes, however that's not really what I was worried about. Most of those came with very mixed reviews as well. Finally after hours and hours of searching i found exactly what i was looking for! Rubber mats that are actually meant to go under carseats, so my babies are still safe, and my seat is fully protected!!! Clek is an expensive ass carseat brand ???? but their seat mats are very affordable and are doing the job beautifully!!! So if you're in the same boat and need a real solution... here you go!???? I highly recommend the Clek Mat-Thingy!!!

Not as thick as expected:/

I have King Ranch seats and am super worried about pressure damage from car seats. bought his to help , but it’s so thin I honestly don’t see it doing what it’s sapose to.

Works well

The mat is great and is the only seat protector approved by Clek for use with their car seats. It is quite a bit wider than my Liing base, and when positioned in the center seat of a row of three seats, the mat does take up 1-2” of each of the adjacent seats.

we've had my daughter's Foonf for a couple of years now and weren't sure if this would be useful enough to justify spending $40

This mat was a bit of a splurge, we've had my daughter's Foonf for a couple of years now and weren't sure if this would be useful enough to justify spending $40 on it (yes, even though we have an expensive car seat, we're still cheap lol). Turns out, we should have bought it sooner. I can't believe how much it has collected in the couple of months that it's been installed. There's so much dust, dirt, debris from her shoes (as a typical toddler, she enjoys long chases through the yard on her way to the van...sigh) and yes, the food crumbs. And if she ever has a drink spill in her seat I know I'll be even more thankful that we got it!! It was still easy to install the seat properly, and the seat feels just as sturdy and solid as ever. Oh and she is still rear facing at nearly 3 years old, thank you Foonf. ;) The Mat-Thingy is a lovely, manufacturer approved/tested addition to your Clek seat! If we end up getting another Foonf for her new little brother, we'll definitely be getting another Mat-Thingy as well. Thanks Clek!

Really good quality!

Was really impressed with the quality of this seat protector. Ordered this one as the one I had was causing my Clek seat to slide. This one is made of rubber and almost feels like a car mat. Really pleased with it and the car seat no longer slides.
