Love it
Great tape. Not super durable or long lasting. But I haven't any other tape long lasting or durable either. I'm ordering another set of this today. Looks great in my touring bike.

Ain't nobody dope as me cause my handlebars look cooool
So aesthetically, these look awesome. They match bike well, are a cool design, and have gotten many compliments. The bar plugs dont fit my 31.8mm drops (loose as usual w/ any Cinelli), but they would've looked cool if they did. I like how with the plugs and tape, you get one C logo and one shield logo. These could be trouble for someone who hasn't much experience w/ bar tape installation...it has to be symmetrical, and you must pay attention to which roll will be left or right, depending on what you want to do (ie, keep blue stripes out like mine, or tuck blue in, or do blue stripes on drops/white holes on tops, etc) I'd prefer they were thicker. And tackier. Normally I prefer thick gel cork. These look great though and feel good thus far, I'll update if I have trouble cleaning them. Its worth mentioning that if this were the white cork, theyd be black after a couple hours and usually get one print stain in install process. I'm a mechanic, with dirty hands, but I like white...these didnt stain as easy as cork would. Bar tapes' primary role is to be a good grip. The #2 role is for it to be shock absorbing. And the #3 (#1, honestly for me) is how aesthetically pleasing the tape is. Length, adhesion, ease of install...this is good tape for price. Although it didnt come w/ the two strips to put under the shifters. Wtf?! Could be cause its from the warehouse for $17?

Great looking tape!
Great looking tape once you wrap it around your bars successfully. This was my second time wrapping my own bars. I think this time I'll be far more successful. The "splash" cork underneath the perforated top layer lends to a subtle hint of color on your bars that just pops when you pair it with a colorful bike. Pair this with the Planet Cycling bar gel for a comfy ride. I only have one complaint: on each end of the tape, the perforation stops. I think you're supposed to cut off this solid end of the tape and use it as the strip you wrap around the underside of your brifters. There's plenty of tape to get the job done, but including some pre-cut "brifter liners" would be a huge help to those of us who aren't bike mechanics.

Nice artwork, tape oriented to only go on one way!
Still kind of a newb when it comes to wrapping bars. I looked first to see how I wanted them oriented so the artwork would not be mostly upside down. Unfortunately I noticed after a few wraps that the tape is only designed to go one way; the tape has a larger margin on one side, so that side has to be the overlapped side. Otherwise most of the artwork gets covered up. Re did it but messed up some of the graphics when the tape stuck to the material. Also there isn't much extra tape at the end. Didn't use any around the hoods and wrapped a CX bike drop bar, and had a pretty good gap left to the stem.

Keep an eye on the installation. Other than that, amazing.
First, let's talk about the only con I found: installing it is kind of a drag. It comes with double-sided tape that obliges you to make a nearly perfect job on the first run, so if you need to take it back a couple of turns, be prepared to rip a little of the velvet with the tape. It doesn't come with the lever pieces, but the tape is long enough to cut both pieces and stick them. Now, it looks amazing, and feels amazing as well. It's really soft. I still have to try it on a long ride, but commuting feels incredible and the bike looks beautiful. Metal end caps = nice touch. Overall, pretty satisfied.

Definitely a great handlebar tape
It's a caleido tape. It's Cinelli. There's not much to actually say about the handlebar tape since it looks amazing, wraps evenly and easily, and it has the appropriate amount of feel for a Cinelli cork tape. It looks amazing on my bike (black and grey color way) and I feels fantastic. The finishing tape isn't great (I have yet to find a brand that includes any that are actually worth anything) and peels off easily in the heat, but tape itself is fantastic. Great enough to help dull the pain of my divorce and keep me on my bike. Minus one star for the garbage finishing tape though. Be sure to have electrical tape handy.

Awesome value and feels great
Super high quality bar tape. This version has great grip and didn’t slip during install. Keep in mind that this is 3mm thick so it has a more cushioned feel than the 2mm tape. While for some people this is a non starter, I commute on bumpy rides so this really helps reduce vibrations and discomfort. The two- toned matte/gloss look is unique and didn’t match my other bike but looks awesome on the bike pictured.

Looks good on the bike
I tried this after most brands, having used Cinelli Cork tape 20+ years ago, I was pleasantly surprised, it looks good, seems reasonably durable and I like the feel. The price is also better than some of the dearer brands so I think I will use this again in future.

Giant waste of money
I'll admit, I like a nice pattern to contrast with the matte black of my bike, and the tape having worn almost through to the bars I treated myself to this tape. It arrived, and all was well: In the box, it looked and felt superb. That was where the quality started and ended. Let's do a pro's and con's on this... Pro's: Looks amazing in the box Con's: Becomes filthy the instant you touch it. Bare hands, gloved hands, hands of a saint fresh from a reliquary: They'll make it look like you've done 10,000 greasy miles on it before it's been appplied; Cinelli must have spent all the money on this tape acquiring the right to use Mike Giant's art, because the adhesive must have come from the cheapest bargain bin supplier around. I could have blown my nose on the bars and used that as the adhesive, and the tape would have adhered better; It has no elasticity or give, so you can't get a nice, tight, classic road wrap. What you DO get are gaps, sags, and frustration as you try to stretch this almost rigid tape to achieve a smooth finish. I suspect I got a hernia trying to stretch it round my hoods; As with all bar tape, the supplied end strips are garbage. Probably the same discount adhesive they used on the tape; There also wasn't a strip supplied to cover the lever mounting ring: Cinelli are obviously working to really tight margins with this; Finally, on the road, it feels as though there's no tape there at all. Every minor vibration feels like you've been operating a jackhammer, and larger impacts make you feel as though your wrists are going to break. So would I recommend it? Absolutely not. Especially not at double the price of genuinely good bar tape from another Italian manufacturer beginning with D.
