Great product, fantastic value

Good performance, and nice because the cable is actually slimmer than most. Makes it light, easy to wrangle (thinner means less stuff which means less cool memory), easy to transport (lighter weight and less bulk), and easy to manage (thinner = smaller coil when cable managing). Components seem durable, too; I bought these because my last cable had the pins bend, which then actually nearly damaged my laptop HDMI port. No issues with that thus far with this cable! Using two to successfully connect to a 43” 1080p TV and 27” 4k 60Hz HDR monitor. Good value for the money as well

Has been my go to HDMI cable.

4 stars on durability because I can already see it wearing down because of how much I use it (plugging and unplugging it repetitively) but other than that it is a very good HDMI cable.

I'm not a big brand loyalist but I've bought a lot of Monoprice cables. They have inexpensive cables of all sorts that work. Cables either work or they don't. The only criteria are build quality, i. e. strain relief, connectors, etc., and wire gauge. The copper alloy stuff is snake oil as demonstrated over and over again in both measurements and double blind tests. Like the other Monoprice cables I've bought, this one does its job.

Frequent black screen for a few seconds

Whilst the picture is mostly fine, after moving to this cable it will go black for a few seconds at fairly random but frequent intervals at 4k 60hz, best spending a lil bit more money for a product without.

Sony A7S3 + Atomos + this Cable = ProRes RAW !

Geheimtipp für Prores Raw Filmer. Man kann natürlich auch das teure Atomos Kabel nehmen, aber das hier ist auch noch leichter und zieht zieht nicht so am HDMI Port.

Does not do full 4K specs, especially if you need 18Gbps

I've gone through 10 different HDMI cables that support a full 18Gbps spec: 4K, HDR, and 60 FPS. You need this for PC, consoles, and Apple TV 4K (Dolby Vision). I've had decent luck with monoprice cables and these state they are certified but I bought multiples at different lengths and not one worked. I get random sound drop outs along with white dots on the screen. I can understand this is a major issue at lengths longer than say 10 or 15 feet but the 8 feet ones didn't even work.
