Clarity and ease of use. So good my son is going to order a pair.
Great clearness and light weight. Great product. Use for bird watching, turkey hunting and will use for deer hunting this fall.

Good quality well made.
I bought these to use around the house and am pleasantly surprised. They are quite heavy for there size but the optical quality is better than I expected for the money. They say they are supposed to be 10 power but when I compared these with some other quality 10 power bino's I have I'd have to say they almost seem like around 12 power. ( maybe just me ? ). All in all they work just fine for what I need them for.

Very good
I bought them for my vacations as I was going to the Vatican museums and other places with high ceilings that require binoculars to really see the details. They worked perfect, they feel solid and are easy to focus. The onlything that I don't like is that when your watching something that is really far from you, you get something I found is called "Color Fringing". It's not bad but you can still see it. I've also done some bridwatching around the park near my home and the work very well too. Without being an expert, I think these would cover the needs of at least 70% of the population

10x42 Roof Prism Bushnell H2O
Price was great. Nitrogen filled, roll up eyecups, attached objective lens covers, good field of view. Good close focus 12'. Great birding binoculars for close up views. Very comfortable to hold. We use them primarily for birds in our back yard feeding at feeders or sitting around the yard. I also have a pair of 8x42 Bushnell Porro prism which are great for Astronomy.

Bushnell H2O Roof 10x42 Binos
This review is for the Bushnell H2O Roof Binoculars sizes 8x42 and 10x42, both of which I recently purchased. These binoculars are inexpensive but have many of the characteristics of expensive binoculars. They are water and fog-proof, they have BaK-4 prisms, and they have a well-constructed and rugged body. I purchased roofs rather than porros after my Nikon porros lost their collimation. Nikon repaired them for $10 plus shipping (which was very fair), but I did not want to go through that again. Roofs are generally more durable. These binos appear well collimated (I did every test I could find on the internet, including shining the sun through them onto a screen), they can quickly be focused quite sharply, and there is very little color aberration. The 8x42s have remarkably little distortion near the outside of the field of vision; the 10x42s have more, but are still quite acceptable. The eye relief is good, so I can wear these with or without glasses. The rubber eyepiece collars are a little hard, but I purchased Field Optics eyeshields (I have no interest in the company) which both shield outside light from entering from the sides and soften the feel of the binoculars against the eyes. Both binos feel slightly heavy for their size, but are really okay. The straps require some lacing, but if carefully done, are okay too. The case is slightly tight, but acceptable. The front and rear lens covers can be attached, which is great. The biggest problem with these binos is that they are roof binoculars with only multicoating. They are not fully multicoated nor phase coated. The lens quality is good, but not great. Thus the images are clear and sharp, but not as bright as you might get with a porro of the same class or an expensive roof bino. In good daytime light, this does not matter, but in really overcast light, the view is acceptable, but could be better. Not surprisingly, the 8x42s are brighter than the 10x42s. However, at night, using a tripod, I prefer the 10x42s since they permit better viewing of the moon and the stars. Surprisingly, the focus is so sharp that I can produce pinpoint images of Jupiter without flaring. Thus we have inexpensive binoculars pretending to be expensive binoculars and doing a pretty good job of deception. The muted brightness is only a problem in poor lighting, but otherwise these binoculars are impressive for their price. I give the 10x42s four stars and the 8x42s four and a half stars.

Good quality and excellent vision
A little heavy but compact and easy to place in a jacket pocket if need be. Good quality lenses for the price and easy to use. They do not fog up if used with the pull out eye pieces. Gone out in the rain with them and noticed they still did not fog up like my previous binoculars. Lens covers are attached so harder to lose them, unlike my previous binoculars which cost a great deal more.

Good Binoculars & Value
I received these binocs a couple months ago and have used them on several hiking expeditions and through two deer hunts. Great optics and light transmission--well beyond what the naked eye can perceive at distance in low light levels. Superb detail. Not as good as my Vortex optics but close. They build is stout and reliable. You get a lot of bang for your buck--typical of Bushnell. So I'm giving the product itself five stars. The one caveat I'd give is be wary if you require Bushnell tech support or have to return a product. I needed tech support for one of my Bushnell scopes and three calls and over an hour later did not yield a single person who knew the answer or even understood my questions. The tech people were always polite, just ignorant.. I finally sent that scope back as per their guarantee--and received it back 3 weeks later with a note: No such company at this address; and there was bill for $15 for the return S&H. I have a friend that owns a sporting goods store who called Bushnell and they told him they had the wrong return address on their Canadian website. I would think, *Okay, no problem. Accidents happen.* But that address has been on their website for about a year and they still haven't corrected it. I guess we Canadians just aren't important to Bushnell. Fortunately, my friend took care of the return for me. So, while Bushnell makes very good products for the dollar, remember caveat emptor if you think you might need to take advantage of one of their vaunted guarantees.

Great for the Cost
For 149$ you can't ask for much more from a set of field glasses. I use these mostly for hunting and 3D archery. I get a clear picture and good adjustability. I have not used these in a low-light situation but will be soon as I turkey season is drawing to an end. If you are in the market for a low to a mid-priced set of binoculars; these are the ones I would buy.

Feel High Quality, Nice Bright Images
Built like a tank, and very comfortable to hold and use. Obviously not the best image quality, but plenty of light. Worth every penny. Im using this as a spotter for birds, as it closely matches the focal length of my camera and lens. Its easier than pulling up a big camera every time i think i see a noteworthy target, and then find out its a common bird i've seen many times. Its plenty good for identifying a bird that comes into field of view.
