Bottle cleaner

Great tool for the kitchen, no scratch bottle and appliance cleaner

Great brush but not as narrow as advertised -- barely works with Edge flutes from Crate & Barrel

I bought this specifically to clean my Edge champagne flutes from Crate & Barrel. These flutes are beautiful but so narrow as to be nearly impossible to get clean. They measure about 1.5 inches across the top and the glass is about six inches deep (not including the handle). This brush fits inside but only barely, and only with some extremely careful, gentle twisting. It wasn't until I got to cleaning my fourth glass that the brush had been compacted enough that I was able to get the brush all the way to the bottom, and even then I had to do it so very gingerly. I think for other, less narrow stemware this will be great, but for my particular purposes it just requires too much care for it to be convenient -- I don't want to worry every time I wash these that the pressure required to get the brush into the glass and to the bottom will cause the glass to break in my hand.

Not just for stemware

Not just for stemware. This is great for washing ALL dishes instead of using a sponge. Love the handle so I don’t have to get my hands wet while washing dishes. Lasts a really long time. No kitchen is complete without it.

everyone needs one

I can't believe I went so long without one. I was at the point where I was just drinking wine out of juice glasses because wine glasses were so hard to clean well and I kept breaking them trying to get the insides clean (ok trying to put my hand inside them to wipe not smart but how else do you clean them). Well this cuts cleaning time down to like 45 seconds. I've had this for several months and it has held up well, it doesn't even stain. It is a little too big for champagne flutes (both my ikea ones and nice crystal ones). So if I could make one change I'd make it a little skinnier to fit in flutes or I'd make it every so slightly more curved for the deep red wine glasses. But as is it works splendidly. This would make a great Christmas gift for wine loving friends.

The BEST Crystal stemware cleaning aid ever!

I have used one of these washing brushes/sponges for at lease 6-7 years ... this is my 4th purchase [4 different locations]. It is not only the best aid for washing crystal stemware, including champagne flutes, but I am now using it on double insulated stemless stainless steel wine glasses, to keep from scratching the finish. Excellent cleaning tool, even plastic travel containers/shakers that you may not want to put into the dishwasher.

One of the best tools in my kitchen

I love this wand – perfect for glassware, delicate cooking tools, vases. It's durable, can be thrown in the dishwasher to sanitize and lasts longer than sponge wands. Definitely one of my favorite cleaning tools in the kitchen!

great for cleaning glasses and mugs

There's really not much to say beyond the headline. This is a very simple product, which is really good for cleaning glasses, especially those where it would be difficult to reach the bottom of the glass otherwise.

Great for glasses & cups with unique material

This brush is thin enough to fit into flute wine glasses. I use it like a sponge, but it is much better. Sponges collect dirt and are difficult to clean before they start to fall apart. The material of this brush does not absorb much water. It will get dirty on the surface, but it can easily be washed. I add a small amount of dish soap to this brush. It holds the soap, and it cleans very well. I use it for items with small openings like glasses and cups. Because of the rather unique material, it lasts longer than sponges and the ability to clean it is great.

Works but is too wide to be versatile

I got this to replace a similar stemware brush I had for over 10yrs that had finally gotten too grotty to use. This one works well, but only big glass need apply. I miss the more slender shape of my old brush, which could easily fit into champagne flutes as well as red wine glasses. Whereas this one is only good for wine glasses with a larger opening.
