Fit my 1996 Patio Kitchen

This is made a lot better than the last one I bought. Covers more of the bottom for an even flame. It was easy to install after I got all the crud out of the bottom & cleaned it up real good. This one looks & feels like it will last longer than the last.

Vital product to rehab an old grill

I just happen to like my old (2004) Char Broil grill. New lava rocks...new grate....but most important...a new burner. This is a very adaptable sized burner, made and packaged nicely. It is perfect to offer a evenly distributed flame to all surface areas of the grill. With the lava rocks surrounding the burner it offers a better cooking surface than the 200 dollar plus grills sold at lowes. Don't throw that old grill away! Get some fresh lava rocks, a new burner (this one) and after a good wash down with a hose....rebuild it! Takes no time...and the old grill is ready for summer!

Venturi Tube Fail.

An excellent replacement burner for my 20 year old BBQ. OEM part was very expensive. This was about a third of the price. Burner feet / legs and venturi tubes were very simple to attach with a simple #3 Robertson. Once legs were adjusted, connection of venturi to the gas tubes was simple, with no modifications required. This entire H burner is about 1" shorter on its length than the OEM one. That's about 1/2 " on each side. Negligible. Difference not even noticeable. Burns clean and hot. I'm happy with performance, and with the purchase. If anything negative, it was shipping time. Took a long time, about 3 weeks. I was warned about possible delays caused by severe shipping / delivery backlogs due to pandemic. Further to my initial review in 2020, I wish to add the following. Two years on, the H-burner is still in excellent shape. Minor rusting noticed along seams, but not enough to affect performance. This is to be expected. What was not expected was the catastrophic failure of one of the venturi tubes. It has become totally detached from its mounting plate. The tube itself is in good shape, no corrosion or whatever, just a failure of where is is connected to mounting plate. Not enough flange surface on plate to jerry-rig a repair. Bummer. Will have to replace the venturis.

Good enough - keeps my clunker puttin' along

Works well. Installation was smooth and quick. I got my nice blue flame back! I've got an entry level Fiesta BBQ from 2004 that I know and love. This is it's fourth burner and I get this model every time. No surprises, nothing fancy. Decent enough build quality to last a few years, depending on how often you grill. Solid performance for a couple of years and then a steady decline as it deteriorates and starts joining the ash in the bottom. Cheapo pinch welds but if you need this H-burner then you're probably not a stickler for high quality BBQ gear.

Solid replacement burner that's easy to install

This is the third replacement barbecue burner I've purchased for my current BBQ and it works just as well as any of the previous ones. If fact, I found this one a little easier to install - although, given this is my third, I may just be getting better at it. The leg rests were easy to install and adjust and the gas tubes attached with a cotter pin rather than a hook and spring. It's a good product.

Good inexpensive replacement burner

It does the job pretty well. It’s a little bit crooked as it doesn’t sit perfectly in my BBQ, however, I got it hooked up and have been using it almost everyday since I received it a couple of weeks ago. The only real issue I had was that the two clamp pin things used to secure the burner to the gas valves were a pain to get on. Other than that the installation Is pretty easy.

Thin metal, poor design, not flexible or adjustable. Do not buy.

Do not buy. Broke after 3 uses. The thinnest of metal is used on the adjustable gas pipes and they shear off. So difficult to install & the pins that were supplied to affix to the gas pipes were impossible to use. Would give this no stars. Complete waste of money. Not adjustable since the flex metal wont stand being pulled to fix your existing grill.
